Crown and damage to rifling
Carlos M.

Dont believe This company should be working on rifles, had them thread and install a muzzle break, I bought from them. After the second round through my gun rso had me stop shooting and pointed to my barrel! The muzzle was never centered to the rifle and was about to be blown off !!! Took it back in to see what they wanted to do and was asked to come back when they called. Came back with my uncle and he asked if the barrel was shortened to repair and the employee lied to us saying all he did was remove the muzzle and retorque. I checked at the store and he in fact cut and shortened my barrel then rethreaded it, to make its worse he didn't even bother to crown the end. I didn't make a show and took my gun calling it a wash but I'm Very disappointed in this gun smith, if they couldn't do the work I rather they be honest and send me away then ruin my gun. I could have been injured or at worse died if it wasn't for the rso that called me out! Attached is the original damage then the "repair" Garbage work

Got some frame work and cerakote on a glock 43x and a few other guns. I spoke to 5 different gunsmiths in the miami area to get quotes on prices and see examples of their work. I'm 99% sure that three of those gunsmiths send their work to Robert and then add a little bit on top for their customers. Robert did all the frame work I wanted and was able to do a accelerator cut (thumb ledge) on the 43x which other gunsmiths said they couldnt do. He also did everything in 2 weeks and charged a little less than everyone else. They work came out perfectly just tell them exactly what you want or ask for suggestions and you'll be happy with the result (Glock 43x - Double Undercut, Accelerator Cut, Sniper Gray Cerakote, Sight installation & Alignment) - Almost forgot - I sold a gun that had to be shipped to an FFL, He sent it for me free as a courtesy and saved me the $25-$50 fee that other people charge.

Thank you for the quality work! Super friendly, responsive, great customer service and top tier work. W.e custom work you need done on any firearm I'm pretty sure they got or can do what you need.

The worst experience I've had. Look what they did to my slide!!!!

Horrible!! How are these people still be in business!! The shittiest work!! You couldn't even imagine!! How in the world can they fuck up such as easy job!! it was only installing new sights!!!!! THEY FILED MY SLIDE & LEFT IT ALL FUCKED UP!

Clear example of the finish I requested on 2 sets of multiple parts

Looking to throw away your money? Looking to get absolutely NOT what you asked for? Looking to get condescendingly insulted by your lack of gunsmithing knowledge? HERES YOUR GUY!!! Very misleading, rude non communicative individual running this business. Feels he's entitled to keep your items for 4 months because of his inability to manage his workload. Left parts to get coated (By Him) had parts sent out to a third party coater which I could have done. Received a completely different color of what I had requested and the best excuse I got after paying in full was that clearly know nothing about how coating works and that the metal had to be finished a certain way depending on the end result I was looking for. BUT HEY, I thought that's what I took the parts to him for but I guess not. Be careful what you ask for. There was no attempt on the business owner to correct the issue. He was belittling and full of excuses and don't you dare ask for an update on your parts which he thinks were gifted to you by him and you have no right to ask about. - HES BUSY. Also try to catch him on one of the 4 days he's open for 4 hours a day. GOOD LUCK -- Attached are pictures of what was requested VS what was received.

Sounds about right... if you want improvised, red neck gunsmithing services this is your place.

STAY AWAY!!! This shop is ran by a bunch of dishonest, incompetent gunsmiths that don't have a clue about proper techniques. They have extremely poor customer service skills, are unresponsive to your calls, lie to your face about the work done and then steal parts from your firearms. It's a messy little store/shop in a garage-like space in a forgotten industrial park in Hialeah filled with racks of products and accessories that are so old the clear plastic packaging has turned yellow on alot of them. The Cerakote jobs they had on display and showcase on their facebook page really gaudy, colorful (mall ninja type stuff) and poorly executed. Their milling work up close looks pretty rough as well. Based on that I would never use them for that kind of work. But on to my personal experience with them. I dropped off a precision AR to get a large scope mounted. I provided the scope and mount. All I wanted was the scope mounted using a level, in the proper position and torqued to the mount properly. Should be a simple job for any competent gunsmith. They charged me $30 to install. I thought that was reasonable. When I returned and picked it up the mount was installed backwards. They told me to bring the rifle back again and they would fix it. I called the owner (Robert) and he said maybe the gunsmith working on it got "distracted" and mounted it incorrectly. Personally, I wouldn't trust a gunsmith that gets "distracted" and installs parts incorrectly but whatever. When I returned the gunsmith on duty said Robert was actually the one that installed it. That was Lie number 1. This particular gunsmith said he had never used a level to install scopes and didn't see a need to do so even on a 4-16 x 44 precision scope. Wow really! Unbelievable! So another gunsmith stepped in and tried to take care of it but apparently the only level in the shop was cracked and broken so they still couldn't do it properly. Eyeballing a precision rifle scope mounting is unacceptable and definitely not what I requested or paid for. I paid to have it done properly. To add insult to injury I had called them earlier and asked them to save the box for the scope. Well, they didn't they threw it away. Unfortunately, they also kept my sunshade (a $35 part) and tools to adjust the scope that came with it. Then they claimed it was never in the box. Lie number 2. It was brand new and I purchased it 2 days before bringing it in and I only opened the box once to check out the scope and the sunshade was there. The owner also said to call him when I returned and he would be there to personally fix the issue. I called him the day before several times (he wouldn't pick up) and finally left a message letting him know I would be coming in the next day. He wasn't there when I showed up. He dodged my calls while answering calls from another gunsmith right in front of my face and then never showed up. At this point I just wanted my money back. They had wasted so much of my time and energy for such a simple task. The employee that was there said he was not authorized to issue refunds and that I would need to talk to Robert the owner and he would be there shortly. I waited for about 45 minutes and he didn't show up. The shop was closing and the gunsmith told me to leave and come back another day. So I made 3 trips there, never got the scope mounted properly and now have to find and pay another gunsmith to do it right or buy some levels to do it myself. Oh and spend more money to replace the parts they stole. So If you care at all about your firearms, safety or don't want parts stolen off your firearms please stay away from this shop. UPDATE: In an effort to be honest in my review I want to update my experience: They found my scope parts after searching the shop i.e. reading my reviews. They say they are mailing them to me (thanks). They told me multiple times they were never in the box when I brought it in i.e. called ME a liar. The owner still refuses to refund $30 for the service they didn't provide and that I requested. He hung up on me twice and says he will no longer accept any of my calls. Just all the way around a horrible owner, employees, business and customer experience. I'm just glad it was only $30 I lost in all of this. I can't imagine what it would be like if they damaged, misplaced or hacked up something really expensive. They would never own up to it... so think about that if you decide to do business here.

Miami gunsmith has worked on every single gun in these pictures. From stock to what they look like now. And not one complaint
