I ate here this morning and couldn't find it on yelp. Great family style restaurant. Excellent breakfast for a great price. Seems like half of Keyser was there. Check it out.

Love it. Good food, really nice retro atmosphere, and staff are polite. Only downside is that they don't take cards.

It obviously is catered to an older crowd, which is fine, and other places do that way worse. We walked in and were greeted by a very cheesy Elvis statue. So that set the tone as we half giggled and cringed. The wait staff was very friendly and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit. The table and light fixtures seemed clean enough but the floor has definitely seen better days. We were handed a menu that was much smaller than I expected and I was very happy for that. We ordered our food and in less than ten minutes we had it. The food was served nice and warm-hot. We immediately felt that it is a comfort food. The taste was fine but improved after we added salt and pepper (most places that cater to elderly tend to not season their food a lot) and we were more than pleased with the meal. The serving size was spot on for us and the price was more than reasonable. I was not expecting to like it as much as I did and as a result will definitely go again next time I'm in the area and feeling hungry.

If you follow my reviews, you know I'm a fan of old-school diners, the classics, and honest home-cooked food. Summit hits all three marks, serving straightforward and delicious American standards since the 1960s. The three-egg omelet loaded with veggies and sausage was exactly the pre-ski power-up I needed. My son stuck with his go-to breakfast burrito, and my daughter went with the classic two eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything was spot on. The staff has just the right level of "WWA"--Waitresses With Attitude. They are perfectly polite, but they hold the line on proper behavior and will quickly put anyone in their place if they step out of line. It keeps the environment grounded and authentic. A few tips for your visit: * Seating: Expect to wait for a table in the lobby or outside during peak hours. * Payment: Bring your wallet--this is a cash-only establishment.

Behind the counter she yelled if you don't like it you can go to Walmart and buy a Turkey dinner and applesauce. How rude, I told her she was the most ignorant person I have ever experienced.
