I live on the second floor, with a balcony and concrete stairs. I joked with them about moving pianos in Hong Kong, where they use a crane to move the piano out and lower it down into the truck. They affirmed they occasionally use a crane as well. This is a professional moving company. Their heavy blankets are all matching, the strapping is strong and in good shape, and the team is dressed in uniform.
