There was an elderly woman getting in a pedicure done and even when she was done, they didnt rush her, instead they told her to relax and feel free to get a massage an close her eyes. As someone who struggles with social anxiety, I get nervous trying any new places, i'm not sure what the interactions will be like, if people may nice, so if you're like me, and you are looking for a new place to try, definitely give them a chance!

I spend upwards of $285 every three weeks for Gel-X, a pedicure, and relatively simple nail art. With my last two sets, I've experienced lifting. Most recently, my pinky nail began lifting exactly two weeks after my appointment. When I contacted the salon, I was charged an additional $15 to repair it because their policy only covers repairs within one week. For a longtime customer spending nearly $300 every three weeks, I would expect management to take into consideration that this has now happened with two consecutive sets and could potentially be an issue with the gel or products being used. Instead, I was simply charged again. Gel is also an additional $20, and over time, the extra charges begin to feel like you are being nickel-and-dimed, especially when there are independent nail techs offering comparable or better services without adding a charge for every little thing. Yuki is fantastic, and this review is in no way a reflection of her work or how I've been treated by her over the years. But as far as Maison Nail Sparks itself, the pricing, policies, and product quality no longer justify the cost for me. If you're going to spend this kind of money consistently on your nails, I would recommend exploring independent nail techs who may provide better value and stand behind their work when something goes wrong.
