Entering the hotel, with pleasant customer service and plenty of coffee to warm us up after a long three hour drive hit just right! Upon entering our large modern king room, we enjoyed: fire place( should be part of every Hilton experience) , balcony, fridge and microwave. The bathroom also exceeded our expectation- with his and her mirrors; plenty of hooks and towel holders; and large closet space. We really appreciated the flooring in the entry way with the coat rack( this should be part of every Hilton experience). Morning hospitality was nice as well. More warm coffee and breakfast hit the spot for our drive home. Amazing! Hilton experience as expected but this experience one of the best Hilton experiences I've had this year. My only concern was there may have been a pet in the room so maybe having separate rooms for pet owners would be appreciated. Again thank you for an amazing stay!

We…read moregot a friendly greeting and the clerk did a good job of finding rooms for us and our friends that were close together. Good to see that they had luggage carts because we had an assortment of travel and grocery bags and boxes to deal with and a rather long trek to our rooms. Our rooms were pretty nice but we must have had a family with kids above us that were wound up from their adventures. We heard them scampering around long after 11pm. What you gonna do? The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The TV had lots of channels and we found some movies we enjoyed. Breakfast started at 6am downstairs. They had a great assortment of vittles. I tried the pre-made cheese omelet with a few potatoes and some sausage slices. Pretty good, but the omelet could have used some salsa. I went back for a couple of the mini waffles. They offered malted vanilla of cinnamon roll flavor batter. After 3 minutes in the waffle iron, they are ready to go. The chocolate and caramel syrup were too thick to dispense from their squirt bottles, but the raspberry topping flowed easily and the whipped cream can had plenty of propellant. Back in our room, the 2 sinks had good lighting for getting yourself ready for the day. Not too impressed with the shower / bathtub setup, though. The tub diverter that you pull up to direct water to the shower head didn't seal well. Half of the shower water went past it into the tub. Not impressed with the toilet, either. It sits too close to the floor, like it was designed for a child. Also, it's placed too close to the sink counter. The toilet seat was loose, too, making it more of a challenge when sitting down. We mentioned that to the clerk, so hopefully, it will be fixed. The balcony was tiny, with 1 plastic chair & table. The view consisted of the street below and the parking lot across the street. The glass door and the screen door were very hard to slide in their tracks. Best to avoid the balcony altogether. Anyway, the place was very clean and attractive. The pool area was very inviting but we didn't have time to enjoy it. Maybe next time.

You could tell it was an older carpet, but it was still very clean. Everything was spotless, there was plenty of light, and plenty of space to charge my gear. The TV had Dish Network with a great picture. The heater kept the room, plenty warm, and. While the bed was a tiny bit firm for my personal choice, I still got a very good nights sleep. There was a desk to work and/or eat at, as well as a fridge and a microwave. Wi-Fi was plenty fast enough to stream video. They have a soda and a snack machine, but they take bills and change only. They don't take cards. Breakfast was very basic, toast, Eggo style waffles, cold cereal, juice, and coffee. Not bad, considering the price.. there are plenty of places nearby if you want something more to eat. There are also a lot of great restaurants in town. A good night, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

It was gross. Paper thin walls. Our neighbor had an alarm clock set for 6:00 am. And proceeded to let it go for 15 minutes before turning it off. At one point, I thought it was so loud and clear surely someone in our room has a device in their bag that is going off so I looked for it. Nope. Just the slug next door ignoring the alarm they set for 15 minutes. Would probably not visit again.

But what made it truly unforgettable was Rachel and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Rachel made everything feel easy. She's organized, intuitive, calm, and somehow manages to be both laid-back and on top of every detail. I never felt overwhelmed, never stressed. I fully trusted her, and that trust paid off a thousand times over. The florals were perfect--gorgeous but not fussy, exactly in tune with the setting and the vibe we'd envisioned. Her staff was so kind and attentive, and the whole event flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and presence. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was, but also how relaxed and fun the day felt. There was no pretense or pressure--just love, laughter, tacos (SO GOOD), and pure joy. Rachel also helped us source our hair and makeup artist (who was amazing), our dessert vendor (adorable and delicious), and even supported our late-night In-N-Out plan. She managed every piece of the puzzle with grace and humor, and made sure we got to actually enjoy our wedding day. (Which we did. Fully. With Palomas. And a piano man. And guacamole on my dress.) We've joked with our guests about making this an annual thing, and honestly? We might not be joking. Yokayo is that special. And if you're lucky enough to have Rachel by your side, you're in very good hands.

Such a beautiful property and venue and the staff are super friendly. Can't wait to go back!!read more

Parking is free and breakfast is for all guests to enjoy every morning from 6am-9am during my stay. My room is as advertised but I wished the showed had more pressure to it. Shoutout to the lady at the breakfast service. She was very attentive and replenishes the area. In my room, there is a microwave and mini refrigerator. The tv is loud. I think it's how it's programmed. Even when I lowered down the volume on my last use, it reset back to a very loud volume. One of the bedside lamps during my second day started flickering. Thankfully, the room is bright with natural light when the curtains are drawn. Coffee near the front desk is available 24hours. There's hot water as well for those who prefer tea

Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding in Ukiah. I am familiar with this hotel chain and…read moresince it was one of the four hotels suggested by the bride and groom, we figured it was a safe bet, and it sure was. It's not the fanciest hotel but it was remodeled not too long ago, and as modern as it can be. The décor of the hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the area is pretty quiet; parking was easy, safe and free. The other hotel options were just a tad bit better, but this was pretty good and a bang for your buck. The one thing I will say is the walls are super thin. I could hear clear conversations of our neighbors, BUT I turned on the AC so that pretty much phased out the talk. Also, the gym is a no-frills kind of place. One treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. There are no weights of any kind. I didn't use the pool, which is indoors; it was empty despite the outdoor heat. The front desk was great. On two dif occasions, I asked for band-aids and lotion and they easily supplied both. Check-in was easy, fast and done with a smile. There are some good eats within walking distance and downtown is just an easy few lights away. A simple breakfast is included in our stay and it was perfect bc we had lunch plans, but I needed something after my workout, so I would make myself a granola bowl with fresh yogurt and fresh toppings. Overall, this was a good stay and I would come back here again.
