The piercer was nice and gave good customer service but my bellybutton piercing is not straight, very disappointed.

Went to change my nose jewelry 6 1/2 months after the original piercing (at a different place), which was a stud. I told the woman at the counter I want a 6 mm. She disagreed and said an 8 mm would work. After making me bleed and removing my original stud she shoved the 8 mm through and it was way too big, and at this point, my nose was swollen and the blood was flowing down to my mouth. She then proceeded to try to shove the 6 mm through... long story short I had to be re-pierced with the new stud because her struggle to get my old stud out resulted in it being lost. read more

I had an extremely infected eyebrow piercing and the Dr couldn't get it out so I went to the closest piercer and she took out the ring and cleaned up the infection. She did such an amazing job and was so kind during the painful experience. read more

I was looking at jewelry to pick and the female piercer just gave me attitude since I don't speak her language. So I decided not to get a piercing. And after looking at the tattoo portfolio their work is really bad like apprentice level bad!!! So I've come in to this shop before a bunch of times, I've never had an issue and it's close by. I went in on Monday June 26th to get my conch pierced. Before my conch, I had 8 other piercings. My double helix, belly button, two lobe and one rook piercing I got here by Daniel and a boricua girl that used to work there, they did those for me here. I never had a problem with aftercare or anything, they healed beautifully and I loved them. I even got my first two tattoos here, again by Daniel. So I just went in that day after work and when I walked in, I was met by a rude Mexican chick, she was on the phone when I walked in so she didn't really care at first but then eventually she greeted me. She asked me what I wanted, asked for my ID, and whatever we went through the usual process. She went to go set up her station, so I waited and was just looking at the display they had. Instead of calling me over, she tapped on the glass and motioned for me to come over, which was kinda weird and rude not gonna lie lol. She was friendly once I was in the chair and we started chit chatting. I kinda knew the moment that the needle went through my ear, that the healing process was gonna suck, cause idk it didn't sound or feel right. Plus I had never been pierced by her and I had never seen her in the shop before, which gave me the impression that she might've been new. Once we were done I went to go pay, and I offered to give her a cash tip and I put it in her hand, she just sort of looked at it, kept her hand out as if she was waiting for more Left the shop with a bad taste in my mouth, cause this girl was really off putting and uptight for no reason. Anyways, the first two days after I got the piercing I had no problems at all, I cleaned it like I was supposed to and it hurt normally like any new piercing would. Come Thursday night, I was in a world of pain, my ear had swelled up like crazy, it was very red and hot, and I could not sleep that night from the pain. I knew it wasn't normal and the next day it was no better. I went Saturday to my dermatologist because it was only getting worse. Long story short, for the last month, I've had to deal with the gnarliest infection I've ever had PERIOD. Three dermatologist appointments, two sets of antibiotics, two topical skin infection creams, a hospital trip, and lots of pain meds and sleepless nights later, my ear is finally back to normal. I got off the antibiotics legit a week ago, I now I just have to continue to keep it clean to allow it to heal properly and prevent the infection from coming back .-. I don't know if it was the equipment that wasn't properly sanitized, or the wrong jewelry was used, an inexperienced piercer or even my anatomy, that was wrong, it's safe to say though, I'm pretty traumatized and I will never be coming back to this shop ever again. Shit cost me a ton of unnecessary money, time, and pain. read more

BEST IMAGINABLE EXPERIENCE! First of all, they accommodated me super last minute, which is already so nice... aaaand I was super happy to find out they do not use guns, which I've had such a bad experience with in the past... That's right, NEEDLES ONLY, which is the best way to do it! My piercer (is that the correct term?) was Angie, who is so incredibly sweet, patient, completely professional and clearly a MASTER of her craft. She has an incredible eye for placement and her super chill personality immediately puts you at ease in case you're a bit nervous. She's also so speedy and precise, to the point that everything I thought would be super painful was actually not bad at all, and I believe that's 100% a result of her steady hands. Just to elaborate on my specific amazing experience... I came to this establishment on a whim, the same day I decided I needed to get something pierced. I called an hour before I could get there and they so kindly said they'd fit me in. As I arrived I was still a bit uncertain of what areas I'd like to do, so I went for the third earlobe holes and tragus and after I got those done I decided to also get the septum done haha I'm not the easiest customer, I was bit nervous - the last time I'd gotten something pierced, I was 15 -, which ended up in a case of word vomit and indecision, and still Angie didn't make me feel like the freak I definitely behaved like. I'm also a very annoying perfectionist and despite the weird placement of the second holes I already had on my earlobes from years ago, she somehow managed to find the perfect spot for the third ones and made it seem so delicate and harmonious! Also I thought my tragus was a bit sad looking but she made me feel so good about it and it looks adorable now that it's pierced! The septum was also beautifully done, didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected, and in the end I decided to redo it, but not because it didn't look great, which it did, but just because I'm that annoying person who finds issues with everything, so it's definitely on me. Still, despite my crappy nature, they were so nice and will let me return in a couple weeks to get it redone! Overall, it's really hard to impress me this much, but they managed to do it, and I'm so very grateful! read more

I had a really great experience. I called this shop in advance and the owner was cool to talk to and their prices were veerry pretty. & it was well worth it! The place was really clean and everyone was so friendly! As I walked in, there were good vibes all around, I felt soo comfortable and welcome like I had known the staff for years. Anyway I went in for a belly ring and the piercer, Angie, was so great. She was straightforward about getting the piercing and after care and made me feel so comfortable. It wasn't my first time piercing my belly button but it was the quickest and easiest. I have great things to say about Angie she's got 10+ yrs experience and I would definitely come back here. I do not recommend this place. First of all, no one in there is wearing a mask. I got a frog eyes piercing and have had so many problems with it. The jewelry is cheap and is always falling out. I'm so worried whenever I'm eating or sleeping that I will swallow it. It has fallen out so many times and each time I have to screw the ball back on, it irritates the healing wound so much. I was given no info on what I should and shouldn't eat which is a huge factor in the healing process. Currently, one of the balls is sinking into the hole and I'm very worried that it won't heal properly. I also asked to get the post in my cartilage shortened. The lady didn't measure my ear, gave me a post that is just as long as my old one, and the jewelry she gave me fell out the next day when I was tucking my hair behind my ear. read more

Don't get a piercing here. I went in for a nose ring change (healed piercing) she caused it to bleed putting it in then when I got home it fell out. Gave her a second chance I went in just to buy jewelry & spacers to hold the piercing when you can't wear metal. She sold me things that weren't for the areas she said they were. She stooped really low by lying just to make $60 I can't speak on tattoos but please don't buy nor get piercings here read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for a tattoo today and nobody was wearing a mask. I had to ask to artist to put a mask on and, as we were about to start the tattoo, he told me he wasn't vaccinated. He didn't wash his hands after touching money and giving someone else a piercing. Seriously avoid this place at all costs. They are cheap for a reason. read more
