    Friendly, helpful sales staff (e.g., Scott Tacinelli) made my new car purchase an easy, pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the team was professional straightforward and honest. I felt like I was dealing with old friends rather than salespeople. He "promised" to get me an answer the next day. (My rental was costing 1000 per week). No call the next day. I called. He was on staff and said that we would receive a call first thing Monday. No call. I called and learned the manager was off Monday. I called and asked for the owner. He never called back. My spouse called the next day and asked for a call back. No call back. The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.

    I went here for a particular issue which was small and affordable to fix but while they were under…read morethe car they "discovered" a completely unrelated issue that was expensive. I was surprised and not confident about their recommendation, but in the end I ignored my intuition and went ahead with the additional $1,400 repair. That was my bad, I should've taken a step back and gotten a second opinion and I did not. A couple weeks later the person that recommended Vic's to me took her own car there. There was a check engine light on that seemed to be related to tire pressure. Vic's assessed and told her the all four sensors on her tires were bad and needed to be replaced for about $700. She was bummed, but trusted them completely. I told her my reservations and urged her to get a second opinion. The second opinion: all sensors were good, there was a nail in the tire that needed to be removed and patched, $40 max. I'm not sure if there was any dishonesty or just ineptitude, but it's enough for me not to go back.

They told me that my third brake light on my truck was damaged and not working pretty sure the officer would've made me aware that my brake light was out and a ticket for the brake light and the inspection. Needless to say Vic told me that my third brake light is out and said well if you leave and come back, you're gonna have to pay for the inspection again, but if I did that, it still would've been than what they charged me for a lightbulb. Thieves for doing that they signed up to do with New York State justifying their time they had to get some extra money for an inspection lousy.

That's why we just picked up our 11th vehicle today. Austin in sales is great. A real personable guy. Service team has always been a hoot when we go in for routine maintenance. So I gotta give a 5 star because we've always got what we wanted and the prices have been good.

    My 70 year old mother scheduled repairs done on her car that THEY suggested she needed done and…read moretold her she needed to be there at 7AM. She went in to get the work done as they promised and all they did was charge her $100 for an oil change! When I called to ask them why they didn't fix her car they said she only scheduled a 'service'. That's not what she said however. She said she talked to them extensively on what needed to be done to fix her car and make sure it was in good working condition for her trip. They made up excuse after excuse on why they didn't complete the task like 'our system doesn't show the repairs that are needed.' It was on the invoice they gave us. They even said it was in their files! LOOK IN THE DAMN FILES THEN??!? The man on the phone was very interruptive and wouldn't give me a fair chance to speak so it became an argument. 'All you want to do is argue.' No, dude... I want my mother's car fixed. Like they said they'd do. Hopefully we can get the car looked at somewhere else before our trip but most likely not. We scheduled this maintenance well in advance for them to complete the task and it seems they don't actually fix cars there. They have no right to claim they are mechanics.
