The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? She went in to get the work done as they promised and all they did was charge her $100 for an oil change! When I called to ask them why they didn't fix her car they said she only scheduled a 'service'. That's not what she said however. She said she talked to them extensively on what needed to be done to fix her car and make sure it was in good working condition for her trip. They made up excuse after excuse on why they didn't complete the task like 'our system doesn't show the repairs that are needed.' It was on the invoice they gave us. They even said it was in their files! LOOK IN THE DAMN FILES THEN??!? The man on the phone was very interruptive and wouldn't give me a fair chance to speak so it became an argument. 'All you want to do is argue.' No, dude... I want my mother's car fixed. Like they said they'd do. Hopefully we can get the car looked at somewhere else before our trip but most likely not. We scheduled this maintenance well in advance for them to complete the task and it seems they don't actually fix cars there. They have no right to claim they are mechanics.

Look at the number of one star reviews this place has & that tells the story. As others have said I only left one star because the system won't let me leave less. First I had to wait 2 weeks to take my snow blower in. I assumed that meant they were very busy but when I got there mine was the only machine in sight. They said they'd call when it was ready. Iwaited 2 weeks & called them. Was tole "It's ready". Nothing more. I was sent to them by the manufacturer for a warranty repair. When I got there they tried to charge me $146. I said it's under warranty & they said they couldn't check that even though they are an Ariens dealer. Said I'd need to bring in my receipt. Never mentioned that on the phone or when I dropped the machine off. I live 30 miles away. Also the kid at the counter didn't know enough to get up when a customer came in & never stopped staring at his phone.

Got it home and mowed half the lawn and it broke, we've had the mower for 5 years and never had a problem! Belt came off, no big deal again it's been 5 years so we probably needed a new one. Take it back to get it replaced, get it home and mow 4 strips before it breaks again... I call unhappy and the lady answering the phone says well I was going to tell you the spring fell off so we replaced it with one from a hardware store... Mind you the spring was half the size that they put on! Take it back AGAIN and mow 1.5 times this time and it breaks yet again... spark plugs were never replaced, air filter was never replaced, nuts were missing from bolts. Needless to say we will never do business through these people ever again nor do we recommend them to anyone! Poor service, poor communication and clearly poor diagnostic!

When I called them to find out why they sold me the wrong part the response I got was " it might work and it might not work" when I took the part back to get my money back I asked the question again just to clarify and she said "yea well we thought it might work" I could've died and had they originally told me "it might work" when I purchased the part I NEVER WOULDVE OUR PURCHASED IT!!! when it comes to cars you can't go on "it MIGHT" NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN BUY WASHER FLUID...they could've reimbursed my tow costs since it was technically their negligence that caused it.id give ZERO STARS if allowed.
