The truck has been in their shop since August 11th, and today is 9/15. He doesn't have any more answers since the day he dropped off his truck. They keep giving him the run around Saying they fixed it and when he goes to pick it up, the same light is still on and gives him a warning his truck will shutdown in 5 minutes. For the last week they called every day saying a part would be in "tomorrow". Funny story we just need to laugh at....They gave my dad a loaner car over 3 weeks ago and posted on FB 9/13 that the car they loaned him was stolen!!! It took them almost 3 weeks to realize the car wasn't there. Someone in the office didn't do their job. LOL Scoville Meno, If your mechanics don't know what's wrong with my dad's truck I think it's Way over due to look for assistance. That's the least you can do for him. He needs his truck back! Step up Scoville-Meno and DO BETTER!!

At the start of the new year, my 80+ year old mother, and long time Binghamton resident, finally agreed she should no longer be driving. I was relieved she had come to this decision, but living in NYC, had no idea where to turn in order to sell her car. As most people do these days, I started online with websites like 'Carvana', who seemed to be promising impossible amounts of money for a car they had never seen (it was over the KBB rate). It just felt like the whole thing would be a mess and I would wind up with it unsold and frustrated. I wanted to deal with a person, in person. I began calling local car dealerships and had the good fortune of reaching Mike at Auto Smart. On the phone, I explained my predicament to Mike.
