Tyler was my initial contact and was as nice as she could be though she was in an impossible position between me and the owner of the dry cleaners. She did everything I asked of her that was within her ability. She contacted me as promised with updates even called when the items finally showed up. I finally was able to retrieve my items on Monday and she again apologized and did the right thing. Too bad the owners of this establishment don't practice the same type excellent customer service that their store employees do.

I was told by the owner that he would refund my money for dry cleaning-never happened. After alterations they dry clean your clothes automatically I didn't want that service but, was charged and I paid it. The obnoxious owner said he would refund my debit card -never happened. The cloths were badly wrinkled in the back where they were laid on hangers. The alterations were terrible. I had to take them to N Myrtle Beach to Gala's Alterations. She showed me how the lady glued ( yes, you heard me right) my top of my vest and left the top not sown. My dress from Antonio Melani from Dillards hem was 2 inches shorter on the right side than left side. Shorts were uneven on both legs. Pantsuit from Antonio was uneven and not consistent in length. These are expensive clothes and they were not altered properly. I have spent a lot of money on dry cleaning and alterations here-no more I'm done. Miss Gala was nice enough to show me the mistakes made on the alterations and offered any help I may need in telling the owner. That is very kind & considerate of her!

I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh. Not the way that guy carries himself he carries himself unprofessionally. To all you people out there don't bring your car to master mechanics in Conway it's a joke. Josh treated me real bad.
