We bought a certified GLE 63 S here And the experience I received was extremely concerning. Before…read morepurchasing I asked what tires would be coming on the car, and I was told summer tires as it's a performance car. It turns out they sent me on my way on very used Winter tires without my knowledge. This was during the July heat wave where temperatures exceeded 95°. Next thing I know my car is squirming around on the highway, so I bring it to the closest dealership, Milwaukee North (Which is always a great experience) where they informed me of the Winter tire. I give the dealership a call and the manager Michael gives me a call back, saying how he suddenly found the set of four summer tires for me that was supposed to have originally. I eventually come to pick up the tires and find that a very large nail was embedded in the tire and it is no good. This confirmed my suspicion That the winter tires were mounted on to pass certification because that original summer tire would have never been acceptable By Mercedes certification standards, and the dealership was too cheap and shady to replace it. After many dodged calls, Fake promises to replies, And unanswered emails I have decided that I have lost faith in this Dealership to make things right. I have been offered a handshake discount of future service with no predetermined amount and nothing in writing. I don't think they understand. I already don't trust them. Why would I trust them to honor this? Once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore and will not make things right. Btw we have a $250k custom AMG GT on order from the other IA Mercedes Milwaukee dealership. It would be a shame for the dealership to have nobody to take final delivery of it, and lose out on much more money than a goodwill to make things right here. Milwaukee north is more than happy to take the order On a sidenote, There were a few minor issues with the GLE Such as a dead paddle shifter and some parking sensor things. The service advisor, Brandon was wonderful to work with, and was an exception to the experience I had here, and I give a huge kudos to him.

After accusing my daughter of being "hissy" Amanda managed to find the service slip on her mess of a workstation. Then they replaced the part and it didn't fix the problem -- but we owe them $1300+. Their next solution was $1000 fix, again with no guarantee would fix the problem! I'm not convinced they did anything to my vehicle because I've never before had a part replaced where I wasn't shown the broken part at pickup. Based on how they treated a female customer and their inability to properly diagnose and repair a vehicle, I strongly encourage you to find a different Ford dealer.

That got the dealership to pay attention, but the only thing they really cared about was trying to force me into changing my Google review. They have been very honest with me even when I wish they would've lied. They have been very direct in many cases I have had components that would be recommended to have been timed out by a dealer when they would show me that I had another year or two on those parts. They have never misled me and have always helped me. I know a lot about cars ,I've been working on them my whole life while I'm not a professional mechanic , I've done a lot of mechanical work on my own . They have helped me through the purchasing process. They have helped me bring cars to Concourse condition and have never taken advantage of me. When you have cars that are of a certain nature the cost is just simply more expensive than trying to find a part or perform a on a basic daily driver that you can buy at any dealer at any time. If you're looking for the group of folks that are going to bethe cheapest, I'm not sure this is them, but if you're looking for someone that you can trust that you don't have to continue to look over your shoulder. This is it I don't go anywhere else , yes Ferrari's Porsche , Ford ,Mercedes , when I buy them from the dealer, then you go back to the dealer for that work the warranty work once it expires or if you have cars that are so far out of warranty that it doesn't matter, then you should go someplace where they care as much about the cars you do and that's Reina
