Found one however, the process at the other dealer was becoming complicated and difficult to accomplish in the amt of time that I had available. From the time that I walked into Napelton, David greeted me and was willing to help. It helped I knew what vehicle I wanted however, he was able to locate all like vehicles in a short amount of time. He didn't ask me the usual questions prolonging the process, he let me tell him all of the features I wanted and a few that I just did not such as color or extras that the dealer adds at times. I had a price that I was most likely expecting to pay and asked if they 1. had a vehicle and 2. Are they able to match the price I was going to buy at the other dealer. David was pleasant, personable and in my opinion appeared to be quite transparent and honest. He was able to locate 2 vehicles that were comparable and one that I wanted. Next... the reason for the 4 stars maybe 3.5 is the PROCESS. The sales person even though you may have purchased 50 cars in your lifetime, must take their/your numbers to the (boss)? This is ok however, this is where it became time consuming. It was Yes I think we can do that, yes we have that, yes is this the one. so on and so on of yes's. The "boss" for lack of better words then has this sales person go back in forth a number of times that is just relentless. Mind you I have a paper in my hand with the vehicle I want and the price another dealer had given me with a contract in hand honestly. this went on for quite some time with me deciding to leave and think about things such as going to another dealer. David, thank goodness, was more patient than I was and actually was able to keep me informed every step of the way. He was very reasonable and understanding. After a few more times of this, the "boss" began to talk to me about said vehicle and price. they wanted $1000 more but I just didn't feel comfortable with that since again, I had already done the homework at the other dealership. After about 4 hours --- no exaggeration, the "boss" agreed to what they seemed to have in the beginning and I bought the vehicle. It was a painless process with David and it was easy to find a vehicle and David was very attentive and knowledgeable. If he didn't know it, he did the research and found out. ---that's great! instead of guessing and giving false statements. I bought it! I loved the vehicle! I would recommend David B. One of the best sales people I have dealt with and would go to him again. Advice: Do the homework prior. Have an idea. Be direct on the possibilities you want to consider and David will find it for you! As for the process.... this is old school and unnecessary. It's designed to tire you out, wear you down and they continue with this process which is ridiculous. My last suggestion is... Do not make an appt. Go in on your time. AND.... go in an hour before they close so they can't keep you for 4 to 6 hours. If you have a trade, make sure you keep your keys to your vehicle. If they evaluate it, get your keys back immediately after. They like to hang on to your keys during the process until you realize you may leave and realize they still have your keys! BUT the price was in the $70 range and has now jumped to $140. Im sorry but i can find someone to do it for much less that will also do a good job. Then to add insult to injury they claim my hybrid rav4 needs a filter on the hybrid battery cleaned every 20,000 miles for $99. So i'm done going there for routine maintenance. I will learn to clean my own battery filter and find a reliable shop for the oil changes/tire rotation basic maintenance. Its a nice facility with a great waiting area but they have gone crazy with their pricing.

I stopped at F&F to see if this was a repair they could do. Aside from the price being about half what the dealership charges, I felt genuinely appreciated and that I was being taken care of by someone who sincerely cares about their customers safety. Since that day, I only go to this F&F location, for EVERYTHING both on my Mercedes and my Hummer. The manager Ryan exceeds my expectations on a regular basis and after being an F&F customer for about a year now, I can say I really have no reason to go anywhere else.

They have great pricing and always can fit me in on short notice. We have taken three different vehicles here. Sure the guys at the front desk can be short. If you want the full customer service experience go pay 50-100% more at a dealership. My only negative remark is sometimes it takes them a bit longer than stated for repairs. I try to drop our stuff off early in the day and pick it up end of day to avoid problems.

My car was hit by a truck tire complete with attached axle and brake rotor on the interstate while heading to work, disabling the car completely. I called the body shop ahead of my arrival with the tow truck and they were very accommodating while I was dealing with the tow as well as with insurance. Insurance ended up totaling out the car due to the extent of the damage (the tire hit the car so hard it shattered the battery and severed the cord for the airbags, so none of them went off). When I came to collect my belongings out of my car, staff was very helpful, removed my license plates for me and shared their shock and awe at what happened to me and that I was okay. Next, sales. Rick Katz called me and offered up some replacement vehicles, including the newer version of the vehicle that was killed by the tire. Rick was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, offering different options without being pushy or aggressive, extremely key for me. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, it wasn't through any fault of Rick's and he worked hard to get my business. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Ten days later I called Sales Mgr Randy Tennies, told him what I was looking for. He said he had exact car, it would be on his lot in a couple days and he'd call me. He didn't call or return my calls. Went to Boucher and in 2 days drove off with new lease, $32/mo less than Tennies quoted.

Took it to my mechanic who was amazed at what they had done to the car. New michelin tires, cleaned the engine, all the fluids were new. Then I learned how much they stand by their products. The car started making a bad noise..it was the exhaust a couple days after we bought it. We had seen the history and knew it hadn't been driven much over the last couple of years. I called them and they said bring it back. They went out got new bolts for it (the heads had rusted out on the bolts) and fixed it. They didn't charge us anything and spent at least 2 hours on the car. I have never seen a corner lot that cared enough to do anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called the service department at Wilde in Waukesha to schedule an appointment. They have an automated call attendant system. It transferred me three times before I got to speak to a person. The recall notice stated the repair takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The service scheduler told me it will take 2-3 hours to complete the replacement. I disputed that. He scheduled my approximant. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they do not have the replacement cameras in stock, and they do not know when they will receive them. No one at Wilde Honda bothered to call me to cancel my appointment. So, I wasted a trip to their service department.

Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable.
