There was also a couple inside the children's pirates themed enclosure acting suspicious and most likely using drugs. The couple wouldn't leave although the other parent asked them to. I was left feeling uneasy when the parks and recreation worker refused to check the enclosure for left over drug paraphernalia. I wouldn't go back.

There are water foundations with fountains at floor level for dogs, but they shoot out so far the water doesn't go into the bowl, in fact, it squirts the waiting dog in the face. There are curbs along the driveways that say no parking but everyone seems to park there instead of in the parking lot. Adult soccer games were going on so there were groups of adults hanging out by their cars on the street, it seemed like quite the party going on in the middle of the day. Overall, it seems like this park has a lot of potential, but it needs some tweaks to be running properly. Best part, there was a cool butterfly garden near the dog park area!

There's very limited parking spaces available at this long narrow park but luckily some people were leaving just as I arrived. Unfortunately the gate was locked to access the trail and we had to ride north to Rosecrans to enter the trail.
