The skin left on the pieces still had plenty of "extras" left on (like where the feathers were) and each of the pieces was really big rather than something closer to a bite-sized chunk of meat. It just felt like laziness in prep. The sauces were decently tasty. Overall, the amount of fried skin, the size of the pieces, and the left over feather bits, just felt gross and unappetizing so we threw most of it out. The woman working the truck was curt and pushy. It was mid afternoon but I guess they were closing (which wasn't clear) so we were told that we were the last order because they had already turned off their sign (or something to that effect). When asking about sauces, drinks, it was a very "yes or no, now" type interaction. The food is delicious and you can tell that the chef has spent quality time ensuring that his execution is great.
