Came to this Roxy's for a comedy show the place is a decent size with a nice size bar. Tables were well spaced out and they have a few booths also. They do have hookah available but it was not good! No good flavor, Tasted Burt right after a refill To drink I ordered a Cosmo to start and I did not like it at all. I ended up switching to bourbon for the night. I had 4/5 there was two girls one floor and one bartender when the floor girl decided to go behind the bar and make my drink which was two ingredients it was terrible, I didn't understand why it was bourbon and pineapple people should really stick to their position. I did see many people getting food and said it was good I myself didn't order anything. So I was in town for the weekend and my friend took me to this lounge/ hookah bar on a Sunday night. Sat at a table that was partial inside and outside with the views of the street... cool. The blackboard outside promoted a happy hour until 8pm on drinks so I got the mango mojito which was weak btw and not on happy hour price according to one of the bartenders that sign was meant for Monday- Friday which was very misleading. Ordered me some food which was good and decent priced. The music they played was good as well. BTW they already charge a 18% gratuity on your check which sucks. Also the bartender gave back the wrong change which I'm not sure why simple math is hard. read more

Four stars for Lisa and the bar staff. Maybe one star for the restaurant. This was our first time there. My golden standard when going to a new restaurant is to see if they can cook a hamburger exactly as I ordered it. This may sound simple but it's not. So I ordered a cheeseburger medium rare. It came out medium with NO cheese. I sent it back. Apparently they put cheese on it and but it under the broiler. It came out well done. So I sent it back again. You would think they would put a priority on meals that were sent back but noooo. I waited the normal time and it came our hot but medium, not med rare. But at least it was juicy so I ate it. I am a hamburger snob and expect when you are paying $14 or $6 (like Beacon 70 where they always get it right) for a burger it should come out as you order it. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich that had about as much chicken as one or two chicken fingers and they put it on a huge roll to make it seem like you were getting a good sandwich (See photo). This is my personal taste but when we walked in it was like we were walking into a hotel or catering place. It is a big open space and I was expecting a bell hop to take us to our table. The ambiance was like a diner or hotel dining room, too bright and too noisy. Susan, in my opinion, you need to tone it down, make the entry seem more like a family restaurant than a hotel and make sure your kitchen staff knows how to cook a hamburger mediam rare. The first thing I said to Lisa, our bar tender, this is the first time we are here and this is a test. If you can cook a hamburger the way I ordered it, we'll be back. You had two chances. Sorry. Aii so boom, me and some friends pulled up on a friday night around 11pm. It was pretty dead in there. We order our drinks, we chilling, vibing, DJ coulda definitely done better though. So our food comes and I could've sworn it was some tysons appetizer air fry food like everything look like it was frozen 10min ago.. The food definitely disappointed, especially cause we was all so hungry. The drinks were good, hookah was also pretty good but thats all its gon be.. PRETTY GOOD. I've been going here for 2 years now and they serve the best lamb chops! I always come back for it. Sushi is so good too. If you are looking for a place to chill and hang out or even have a nice dinner date, this is the spot for it. This place has great music and the people are supper attentive and friendly. We have a group of 20+ sitting outdoors. Some of us wanted to sit inside and enjoy the music and hookah. They rejected us from one big table since it was reserved which is understandable. We then sat across and asked an employee who I assume is an assistant manager if its ok. She gave us the ok, 5 minutes later the manager comes through saying we can't sit here because its reserved. Either the employees lack communication or the manager didn't want us there. So much for their grand opening rough. Businesses like this doesnt last long especially during covid. Management says one price but the employees charge a different amount... the bartenders get stuck with a few people there I imagine if the place gets packed one night super slow service.. missing hookah..
