I recently had a terrible experience with a hiring manager at Ace Hardware. I had inquired about…read morejob opportunities, and the hiring manager mentioned he could give me a chance. However, when I told him I wasn't available for an interview the next day, he gave me a cold look for no apparent reason. He told me to come back the following week, which I did. When I arrived for the interview, he rudely informed me that he had already hired someone else. He then said "good luck" in a very dismissive manner, and did so in front of his employees, which left me feeling humiliated. I walked out of the store, realizing I shouldn't have been treated that way. Upset, I returned to the store and asked for his name. He hesitated, which raised my suspicions, and when he finally gave me the name "John Parker," it didn't feel truthful. I left the store feeling like he had lied about his name to avoid accountability for his rude behavior. Where can I file a complaint like this
