During the cold snap we had a few weeks ago I had a central heat and air unit go down in a house ,…read moreas the home has gas I went to Lambert lumber and purchased a 30k btu gas infrared heater, installed heater and pilot would not stay on , calledMr. Heater and they said gas valve was bad as pilot was too intense and was blowing itself out and they said take it back... I did and Lamberts didn't have anymore, so I went to Bailey's (what I should have done in first place) and got exact model, installed it and worked perfectly. I took bad unit back to Lamberts and said replace it or give my money back as I need one for another house...THEY REFUSED TO... Lambert's is not Lamberts anymore they have been purchased by an out of town company and all they care about is the damn cabin business. I'm done with them , and I'd advise using Bailey's or order online, as I've always used both lumber yards . What pisses me off is I really like some of the employees that have been there for years . BTW ask around how much large developers get cost breaks ...and I understand some of that but DAMN .. BTW same heater was ~70 bucks cheaper at Bailey's...

Went looking for screws to fix the shower door in our camper while camping at Beavers Bend. Was…read morepouring down rain. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. And was immediately asked if we could use assistance. Worker ( which I didn't catch his name) helped us find several selections and we walking in and out in about 10 minutes with screws in hand and only spent like $0.39.
