I haven't been to a dentist in years, a combination of too much college assignments + work, then post-college no time to squeeze in even cleaning. I quickly took any open time slot I could after one of my tooth filling fell off and was quickly scheduled. I was given a new patient form to fill out and then turn it in on the day of my appointment. The process was efficient and Dr. Baghai was very quick to adapt to time crunches. She and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and safe: Temperature checks, hand sanitisers, staff wearing PPEs, etc. In a sea of Dunning Kruger, it's reassuring knowing there are people who are taking health and safety seriously. My tooth filling wasn't painful, the worst I've felt are slight pushing sensation when they're getting ready to fill my tooth. Needless to say, this has been an excellent experience and I can't thank Dr. Baghai for being flexible with my schedule. After several years of avoiding my dental health check ups, I finally worked up the courage to take my roommates suggestion of seeing Roxanna Baghai DDS, to check out a little gum sensitivity. When I called, appointments were hard to come by, but the assistant followed up quickly when she saw some room and a cancellation pop up. She got me in the next day. I was incredibly nervous, as I've had so many unpleasant procedures done to my mouth over the decades. Everyone in the office made me feel like I was in good hands, and I was. I have never had a better dentist experience. Roxanna is so relaxed and calm, she makes you feel very comfortable and safe. I think we were both a little surprised when I didn't have anything wrong with me teeth, not even a cavity (I'm still in denial, lol). We took some notes on things to keep an eye on, but no unnecessary work to be done. Roxanna really connects and cares about her patients. I'm usually in and out within an hour. I've been going there for a year now. I just went in for my cleaning but she also helped adjusted my old retainers that I haven't worn consistently so it could fit again free of charge! Woohoo!
