The place needs a complete gutted renovation and looks like at any minute, all the walls are going to cave in. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever knows about organized sports teams. Voice mail doesn't get answered either. Apparently this is like a mall with independent vendors or something. This summer, the straw that broke the camel's back for me was when they decided to lock exit doors in the rear of the building, which is where I entered, but could not exit because they were chained. The only way out was through the front door. Other doors to get out of the building are not clearly marked or are blocked. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Another straw that broke the camel's back was a referee who wore a pair of shorts with the acronym IDGAF on the pant leg. I was appalled that he thought it was OK to wear such to a children's sporting event; and I was also appalled that the facility staff allowed it and clearly just about allows anything. It must be the cheapest place in town for basketball leagues.

As we saw people testing water after it finally reopened 12 days later. This closed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and dry Sauna. The mens bathroom is nasty and we have complained to no avail. I posted multiple pictures so if it only shows 1 image realize there were 6 uploaded. When I posted earlier it just showed 1. FILTH, DIRT AND GRIM WITH HAIRBALLS ALL OVER THE SHOWERS. THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT. THIS IS FROM 3 DIFFERENT SHOWERS AT ROCKWALL TX 24 HOUR FITNESS. 24Hour - If you want someone to run this GYM correctly and get this place in shape I am available to make that happen. But it will require letting employees go that looked the other way and did nothing. I will bring in a team to manage this facility and grow this location and get rid of these negative reviews.

They have some great prices too, from memberships to individual sessions. Some machines work better than others, sometimes balls pitched too high other times too low. But if you ever have bad luck with a certain machine, let them know and you'll be credited back. Everyone here is helpful and friendly too, they will also loan you a bat & helmet if you don't have your own. Machines pitch baseballs & softballs from slow pitch to fast pitches as well.

I joined this gym last fall, when the time change occured. I needed a place close to home with a…read moretreadmill I could use instead of running outdoors since it began getting dark so much earlier. I called to ask about pricing and was asked to come and tour. I made an appointment for that afternoon. I was shown around then asked to sign a contact for my membership. It's in the ballpark of $50 a month but for the location, I felt like that was reasonable. I was told that I could cancel if I decided that I no longer wanted the membership. I immediately start receiving phonecalls to set up my 'free personal training session'. After a few calls, I finally called the gym to tell them that I am not interested in the service as I just wanted to use the treadmills. Even months later, I still receive an occasional phonecall and email trying to set up this service. The treadmills are all set up with televisions, which is pretty cool. On several occasion, my television didn't work properly. The bottom line for my one-star review is the contract. Evidently, there is no way to end this contract. I was not allowed to simply cancel nor was I allowed to buy-out. There is not cancellation fee because you CAN NOT CANCEL. I'm stuck with this contract for at least another year, paying monthly.

I went up there on the 10th day to cancel my membership and no one was there. I called the corporate office and they told me that the fee that I paid for was for the ID card and not a $10 for 10 and there is no way I can cancel my membership. One day while I was there the gym staff left there daycare room unattended while the moms were working out in the workout room. Some of the equipment is not working correctly and the Dry sauna never reach above 131. The bathroom lockers are all taken by regulars or broken off the henge.
