I wanted to cross hitting a baseball off my bucket list. The price on the internet was $ 55.00 dollars for a session. I thought that was fair because I wanted to accomplish this even if I'm a senior. Jason was wonderful to me. My only and biggest complaint is the pricing. I was fully prepared to pay the $ 55 for the half hour when I booked the online appointment. When I arrived today, I was told it was $60.00. Not a big difference but you should have honored the price on the web site. I told the young man about the pricing difference but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I feel this is wrong and cheated. I would give Jason a 5 star rating but your customer service one star. He not only tested the machine, fixed the arm, and pinpointed the problem efficiently but also provided our girls with a bucket of balls for tee and front toss practice while the machine was being repaired. Alex demonstrated excellent customer service by communicating the issue to both the girls and myself, showing kindness and professionalism. When asking employees for help, sometimes they assist, but other times they just tell you to wait for another machine without offering any real solution. The machines constantly having issues is clearly something management should take more seriously, and the staff should have a better attitude when customers bring it up. Today was even worse. I showed up to get some batting work in, only to find the entire building closed. An electrician on site mentioned it was due to electrical issues, which honestly makes sense considering how often the machines don't work properly. The frustrating part is there was no notification anywhere saying the facility was closed. Google Maps showed the place as completely open. I've been to other D-BAT locations, and this one is by far the worst experience I've had. Even the bats are in poor condition.

You might have to pay to park but I found street parking around the corner. The park is all artificial turf so the ball is going to jump and run when hit on the ground. Also this park is very small. Ill bet the outfield was only about 170 feet and netting is used to catch the HR hit. They do have nice bleachers for fans and the dug outs are cute and cozy. The food shack has typical stuff like hot dogs, popcorn, candy. Nice little park given the compact nature of it. The boys loved playing here.

There is plenty of parking across the street if you can't find a parking space. My only grip about this place is that the mosquitoes are very disrespectful!! You can spray yourself down, cover yourself in plastic and be fully clothed, you will still get bitten. It would be nice if someone can spray out there to help deter these determined mosquitoes.
