Phenomenal food done the right way by phenomenal folks. The beef was perfect and the Marconi salad is to die for. We will be back many more times.

    Two happy bikers

After a long ride on the trail, I was starving. My choices were either yet another Clif bar, or a peculiar Hawaiian food truck. Obviously I picked the food truck and I'm so glad I did! Rowan greeted us with a big smile and served us some fantastic musubi. It was so good and reasonably priced, we came back the next day. Thanks Rowan!!

It feels like a tropical island view in the seating area!

Delicious new food truck in beautiful, quaint Harrison! Rowan himself ran the truck and he and his lovely wife fed us delicious island pork and chicken, as well as some amazing seaweed salad (I loved it even though it sounded crazy at firs!). We loved that they're located right behind the Harrison Creamery, where we went for ice cream cones afterwards. There's an island feel with the beautiful trees and lake in the background and even tropical plants in the patio seating area! Definitely give this place a try for something different in Harrison.

I love this hidden gem. Every time I'm in Idaho I ride my bike to this spot and it's great. Best food truck ever

A…read morelittle bit of everything thing, from Filipino to Guamanian to some other island favorites. None of the food is cooked in the authentic way but has a nice twist with the Chef's version of the dish. The Lechon is NOT traditional Filipino Lechon. It's really just pork belly that is seasoned and deep fried. I don't recommend. The Kalbi ribs are good. Some of the ribs I got were a little over cooked. The Mac Salad and cucumber salad accompany each meal and is good. Service is good and friendly. Happily surprise to see the diversity food option in Spokane, WA.

These guys are slaying it! And bringing the flavors of Guam, Philippines and Hawaii!!! I've been following Island Style Food Truck on Instagram for months, waiting (ever so patiently) until I had the opportunity to try out their grub! And my patience was well received! I occasionally travel to Spokane for work, but most days I'm there the food truck wasn't open. :*( Earlier this month the clouds parted, a ray of light shined upon Spokane, and I was able to check them out by a brewery (bonus points)! These guys came through the brewery and gave everyone bites of their lumpia - totally on point! Crispy and flavorful! I eventually placed my order (I wanted EVERYTHING), but I settled on their Hawaiian smoked pork with red rice and Mac salad, pork Sinigang (a sour, Filipino soup), Kådun Månuk (chicken and corn chowder in coconut milk) and spam over red rice and served with finadene (a must for Guam food). Yes, it's a lot, but I had a plan to eat this for meals over the next few days. All were really good or as we say on Guam (gof mångge'), like so good that the flavors brought me back home (Guam). There is literally nothing bad I can say about them. This is what Guam comfort food is!!! Let me tell you, the owner is super cool and personable. He came in for a few and we chatted. Honestly I felt home sick. Island Food Truck exudes the island hospitality! I am looking forward to my next visit, fingers crossed that they'll be open when I come through!

WTF did I just waste my money on? I should have read the reviews first!…read more First off the guy working off you can call it that... when I asked if this is where I ordered he said with a time that made it sound like he was discouraging me from ordering. " yeah but it's a 25 minute wait" Tried to order loco loco. Again in a discouraging voice... " We don't have that today" I asked him off it was because that was didn't have any eggs. He replied that they didn't have eggs or gravy. Basically half the ingredients. Why even offer it? Got the food ... a really dried up single piece of thigh with no sauce on it. The noodles (which are super cheap to make) was about a 6 ounce portion with no veggies or meat. Not even cabbage which is cheap. The Mac salad was disgusting. Made with the cheapest macaroni noodles you can buy. They tasted like paste! Also not an authentic Hawaiian Mac salad. The noodles were in fact light other reviewers have mentioned... a SALT BOMB! The potato salad was good, but it was German style heavy on the mustard as opposed to Hawaiian style which should be heavy on mayo and have egg. The rice was really really good. The staff person seemed like he'd rather be anywhere but there. Zero for customer service.
