This is a locally owned store with shops throughout the Triad. If you are looking for an affordable place local spot to pick up a few new pieces or a new necklace Boho Blu is the place!

It wasn't worth the price, so I returned it. I would not recommend ANYONE attempt to order/return online. Approximately $18 was deducted from a $50 order for a shipping label (which you print yourself, I might add) shipping itself, and also tax (what and why??). All this was according to their customer service. I saw on the site there would be a $7 shipping label charge (that in itself is ridiculous since all they do is email it to you and you print it), but I wasn't expecting all the rest. Utterly insane. I ended up getting around $30 back, less even than the subtotal of the order. So I lost almost $20 for nothing. Can you imagine paying $20 just to return a mesh top? Needless to say, return shipping is absolutely horrendous, and I wouldn't recommend anyone order online unless you have a store nearby or are sure you won't be returning. Obviously, I won't be buying anything again. The cherry on top? I tried to leave this review on the actual site, and they refused to post it, citing that I had "mentioned pricing," which they don't allow. I wonder why. Their online return process is criminal, and the fact that they wouldn't post this review is so unbelievable.

It can only be worked on by benchmade and they can only get it from an authorized dealer. Mast is one of them. I dropped my knife to have it worked on and they kept me in the loop along the way. First off no one greeted me and then all I heard was the employees discussing what college they were going to. Which is fine, but it would have been great to get a hello first. They did notice I was carrying around a bit and offered to start a dressing room for me. My biggest issue was that the store was only open for two weeks and they had barely any smalls left in a lot of the styles. I went back a week later and still the same problem. This might just be something were they need to see what people are buying so they know what to order and right now don't have the ordering quite right. But, it is really disappointing to like multiple things and have there be no smalls in sight. Even with all that I will be back for sure. They have some nice pieces (when they have your size) at pretty affordable price points. I would put it on par with like Francesca's Collection.
