    Lumpia to cook at home
    Aly A.

Lathrop High School had an event after walking around I saw a big lumpia sign and ube drinks . I love anything ube and lumpia so I had to check it out . The drinks all looked so good. I got the ube coffee and oh my goodness it was so delicious. I want one now lol . They offered lumpia's of chicken or pork and also pancit . I had to get some lumpia' s to go I ended up making them later at my house . They were really tasty . When ordering I got the honor to meet Rowena she was so nice and attentive. We had a nice conversation and she mentioned she has a permanent location where all the food trucks of Lathrop are at . You can't miss it off the freeway . She also does pop ups . Overall the food is very tasty and I can't wait to have an other ube coffee.

Ordered the "Life is good" combo which is supposed to consists of pancit and lumpia. I'll give 2 stars for the lumpia but I was very disappointed in the "pancit". Literally just boiled glass noodles tossed with green onion. The picture on the menu is very misleading compared to what you get.

    Soggy wet bland

I can't even call the pancit I ordered "disgusting" because it didn't even taste like anything, literally bland tasted like nothing. However, besides the dish tasting like absolutely nothing, the noodles they use for the pancit is more like Japchae noodles rather then glass vermicelli and/or bihon noodles. The noodles were nasty and wet and felt like they had in sitting in a bucket of water and/or oil. Hands down this is the worst pancit I have ever tried in my life and this is my first time ever eating at this truck. Not to mention the pancit doesn't even come with any meat at all, no pork no shrimp nothing and it cost $15.

The food is yummy and hit the spot. The service was good and very friendly. The ambiance is fun and a good casual date.

Food Truck #8 Been wanting to check this food truck. I was finally able to stop by today since they were opened. We opted to only get their ube drinks. We got both the ube iced coffee and ube horchata. Both drinks tasted good but the horchata tasted the best.

this was one of the best foods I've had in the most longest time of my life and I'm 22 years old. I'm gonna come here every single fucking day if I have to there food is that good? I tried the musabi . Try it. So fucking good I tried calling them to congratulate how good of a surface they gave me.

    Sisig bowl

After a long day at great wolf, my friend said check out the food trucks at lathrop. I walked by all of the trucks and came back to rowsroll. The nice women greeted me and asked if I had any questions. I already knew I wanted to try the sisig bowl. I am so glad I did. It was packed with so much flavor. I wish it was closer to my house so I could eat there more often. After checking the reviews I saw my favorite nba player Byron Scott recently tried the ube coffee and loved it. Next time I will get the pancit and adobo wings. Do not skip this place if you love good food.

When I saw the ube burger...I had to chase down this food truck! Started following her on IG and was able to come by when they parked close by to me. The wait wasn't long and she was fast and friendly. I loved that she noticed I would need assistance to bring my food over without having to ask. I am unable to carry things so she brought my order right to my car but conveniently I was able to park in front of the truck so either way it wasn't a hassle for anyone. I ordered as well the pork lumpia which I didn't take a picture of but was given the option to get half chicken half pork but just went for all pork. As for the ube burger, you would think the bun would be sweet but it wasn't! It was just the right amount of sweet. Definitely coming back for this pretty patty!!

Very disappointing. The food is subpar. The truck and the pix look inviting. That's about it.

I ordered a 10 piece of seniorita bread so that I would have some to snack on later. It took a few minutes but she came back with my box and the bread was still warm. Not too sweet, buttery, delicious! I'll be back if I'm in this area again.

I didn't notice until I got home because the lid was clouded from condensation. Because I live far away, I called about it and offered to send a video. Instead of offering a refund, they said they'd allow me to come back for a new pie. I called months later to pick up the replacement pie since I was going to be in the area. They said they were out of buko pies and I could choose another--they apparently only had pies available at a lesser value and would comp with senorita bread. I also received a phone lecture from Joy (through Carmela) that this wouldn't be allowed next time... I'd prefer not being sold a moldy pie next time. Thanks! Upon pick up, they only offered the cassava pie ($7), even though buko pies were in the display. No senorita bread given as promised. Condescending service. They'll sell you food that can make you sick and make you out to be in the wrong. In retrospect, I shouldn't have bothered over $12. Ling Nam, please double check your fridge temperatures and throw out pies once they're old. Or sell them frozen.

We also got a 6pc order of lumpia, half chicken, half pork so that was nice you can pick. The lumpia was freshly fried, you could feel it through the bag, and still hot when we got home. I think I preferred the pork over the chicken filling. The pork sisig was a bit tough and on the charred side and overall a bit hard to eat. It didn't taste fresh. the garlic rice was good though, soft, and fragrant and the portion was generous. the fried egg was cooked well too. Just was hoping for a better pork sisig, and it had white stuff in it. at first we thought it was like melted mozzarella cheese that was cooked w/the pork, but it wasn't cheese....not sure what it was. They make the food to order and it took a while to come out. In the meantime we walked around the store a couple times but then I went to take a seat outside at the table.
