This place has the best beef lumpia in town hands down! Their ado both pork and chicken are delicious too! Love the garlic rice and for dessert you got to try their Biko! It is the perfect texture, obviously they know how to make Biko because if people don't know what they doing when cooking Biko the texture is off! Check out the pictures I posted! Only thing I can say is the parking situation can be tricky at Stocklandia, I prefer to visit Stocklandia on the weekends so I can get parking easier. During the week all the local businesses are open and I usually have to park about two blocks away and then walk back. Not Rolling Lumpia's fault, but trust me they are worth the walk! Portions are HUGE on their plates (adobo)! The staff are so friendly and ensure that they get your order right! I want to try the fried pork belly next time! I caught this food truck at a community event on 11/7/21. I decided to order the Chicken Adobo plate, which includes the rice, pancit, and two pieces of lumpia with sweet chili sauce. EVERYTHING WAS BOMB! The entire dish was incredibly filling, tasty and satisfying. I am so happy that I came across Rolling Lumpia. First time visiting Stocklandia and I decided to try Rolling Lumpia since I'd heard good things about them. We really wanted pork adobo but they were out so we settled on the chicken adobo instead. The combo plates consisted of 3 pieces of chicken, rice, pancit and 2 lumpia for $13, without lumpia it's $12. I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to the combo plates at Best Lumpia but portions were HUGE. Easily enough for 2 meals. The adobo and pancit were very flavorful and the lumpia were nice and crispy. The menu is limited since it's a truck but they have all the essentials I love. I would definitely return to try the pork adobo and maybe some banana lumpia. read more

First off, I just want to say how awesome it is that there is finally a Filipino food truck here in Stockton! Being a full-blooded Filipino, I'm super particular about how Pancit is made. Hands down, I always compare to my mom's best home-cooked pancit and this pancit definitely comes close! Just a side note for people who don't know...Pancit is heat sensitive so you should definitely eat it fresh or immediately when you get home. Pancit should not be left sitting out for a long period of time. Chicken adobo is my favorite Filipino food and again I love my mom's home-made adobo and this one tastes bomb! I always come back to rolling lumpia for the beef shanghai and banana lumpia (turon). Their food is always hot/crispy and delicious! The pieces are perfectly sized, not tiny like the other food truck and definitely worth the buck you paid for! I've also had their lechon kawali (side order) and it was crispy, tender and juicy at the same time! I haven't tried the other ones on the menu because it's something we normally have at home (adobo, pancit). Love that everything is kept traditional, what Filipinos usually crave . What people don't know is that the first appearance of Rolling Lumpia was at St.Joseph's Medical Center serving front line workers for free. Now that to me speaks volume. Rolling Lumpia brings culture and awareness to the community by the delicious food they serve. They cook the lumpia on the spot hence why it might take a bit of wait for your fresh lumpia. Lumpias come in different kinds, such as veggie, veggie + meat, or shanghai style. The adobos (chicken or pork) are to die for. Seriously one of the best I've tried and it goes so well with their garlic fried rice! My mouth is literally watering as I'm typing this (haha). Loved the idea of a lumpia truck! But it was a let down, the lumpia both pork and beef were not crispy. The beef lumpua had way too much peas and corn for my personal preference. The only word I can muster to describe this place is, "Meh.." Okay customer service, reasonable prices. But nothing was very flavorful. I'd read some review (some good, some not so good) but decided to try for myself. But I was disappointed. I went a few days ago when they were parked near Dillard's. I ordered the lumpia (half Shanghai, half regular) and the garlic fried rice. First issue: I believe the young lady taking orders was touching food with the same gloves she was using to handle money. Pandemic aside, that's just gross. Second issue: the food simply was not good. The Shanghai lumpia were slightly over salted in my opinion, and that was the only seasoning I tasted on the meat- salt. No pepper, garlic, onion.. Nothing. The regular lumpia (meat & vegetables) were mostly "AND vegetables", and not very flavorful. The garlic "fried rice" was little more than white rice with fried garlic mixed in. I took it home and added some seasonings and thing to basically make it regular fried rice, in order to make it edible enough to not have wasted my two bucks. Couldn't do much with the lumpia except drown it in the sweet chili sauce that was included. Hopefully they improve and I'll be back, because this type of fare is the variety we need. But as of right now? This truck is a hard pass for me. read more

I have tried Rolling Lumpia so many times I'm a weekly customer now, they even know my name now. I'm so very impressed by the food, customer service that they give and just how friendly they are with everybody. I live about 15 minutes away from there location and it is worth the drive every single time. Even my son that has never tried Filipino food before is now hooked on them. I'm so thankful and happy that there is finally a place with tasty Filipino food. The Pancit, Adobo, Chocolate meat and Lumpias are the best that I have ever tried oh you can't forget the Halo Halo. I drove by their truck one day while on pacific Avenue and was enthusiastic that might fight somewhere better that island gourmet or best lumping. So I called and placed an order for lumpia and some pancit, when I went to pick it up I couldn't find them so I called their number to ask where they were, come to find out they went to the waterfront for the day. The issue that I have is that they didn't seem understanding, about it they didn't explain the mix up or anything intact they seemed more amused by it. Even once I arrived they still had a very cavalier and inattentive attitude. Now I do understand that they posted that they would be at the waterfront this day, but it was on Facebook, but I saw them from the street I didn't know them or get notifications from them and they never even mentioned the Facebook page for updates, I only found out by looking it up after the fact to find out wtf is going on. I didn't want them to kiss my back side or grovel at my feet. But at least say something like, "Hey, we move along so follow us on Facebook so you always know where we are!" But to find you customers difficulty funny when they are coming to bring you money seems crazy to me, why would customers want to give you their business when they don't feel welcomed. But considering they are new and inexperienced plus the stressful times we are all going through I would have given them a 3 Stars. Except for the fact they did something inexcusable, they served spoiled pancit that either had been reheated several times from different days or sat out all day for 12 hours in 100 degree sun, it was sour, mushy, chopped to pieces and smelled terrible. We didn't even eat it, I tasted one bite and had to spit it out and toss it, this is the reason for the 1 star, I don't care what the circumstances are, you don't feed people spoiled food. read more
