Let's get started. The maple syrup brown sugar cookie so far is my favorite (I'll give a single review on it later ). The balance of flavor with these cookies is immaculate. Just when you think one flavor is going to overpower the whole cookie, another flavor comes into play and changes the whole profile. These are honestly a work of art. I wish I had pictures, which will come later, because they're also beautifully put together. There are some cookies I could shove down my throat and eat a box of 12. Don't get me wrong, I could with these too, but these are too elegant to just scarf down without appreciating. They're like a great glass of bourbon, you don't just throw them back, you sip on them, enjoy them, savor them. Service is great, and I do know the owners. As always, that doesn't change my review. They are great people and make an incredibly good product. I just wish I would've tried these earlier. They don't have an "ambiance" since they're currently online only, but I would say working with them, the atmosphere is very relaxed and they're incredibly amenable. I 100% recommend this business. Don't wait just do it.

The three of us got a traditional milk boba tea, a whipped dalgona coffee boba drink, an apple cinnamon taiyaki, and a Nutella taiyaki (the spouse ordered a red bean paste so I wouldn't steal any bites, but, lucky me, they gave us a Nutella by mistake). EVERYTHING was delicious! The spouse was familiar with taiyaki, but the two I tried were my firsts. They nearly melted in my mouth, they were so perfectly cooked. I got my whipped dalgona at 25% sweetness, and it was perfect. The kiddo's milk tea tastes on Earl Gray, and it was buenísimo, too! I want that next time. I can't wait to come back.

That is a good and a bad thing. It's good for their bottom line and a bad thing for my waistline and weight. At least when I walk there, I am burning some of the calories I will consume.
