Customer Service Sunday Aug. 2, 2026 4:05pm The lady behind the sushi counter was so rude. We spoke as we walked up. Never raised her head. Ok. Maybe the Vietnamese lady didn't hear us. But when we asked at separate times if she had California Roll without avocado (due to allergies) The lady literally said she was busy making sushi. We asked again for clarification. The lady literally told us she was busy. Well. Needless to say. Walked out and went somewhere else. I spend my money where there is good customer service. read more

So I stopped by Rouses Market the other day. As a heads up, the parking lot is kind of a maze to get into, but once you're inside, it's actually pretty decent. It's your typical budget-friendly grocery store with all the usual stuff... deli counter, bakery, the works. I was just passing through town and needed something quick to eat, so I grabbed some fried chicken and St. Louis ribs from the deli. The ribs were okay, nothing amazing, but hey, it's not like I was expecting barbecue joint quality from a grocery store, you know? The chicken was alright too, though I'll be honest... when I had the leftovers the next day, they were pretty meh. Still edible, but definitely better fresh. Overall, it's a solid option if you need groceries or a quick meal and you're not expecting anything fancy. Does the job! read more

Thus is a great location of Rouses and is conveniently located in Biloxi, Mississippi not far from the tourist driven waterfront, but just off the beaten path to keep the locals happy. The staff is friendly and helpful and I particularly like that they have a lot of loca stuff that I can't get anywhere but in this area. I would definitely recommend here. read more

It was a nice grocery store and they have so many hand made food options for you to grab as your in a hurry and don't have time to go buy a bunch and go cook dinner. I was traveling for work and staying at a little motel so I don't have my kitchen equipment to create meals so this was good to stop by and grab some already made meals. Good place. read more

Finally! They just recently opened this location. They finally have a local grocery store (Louisiana based) and another choice in grocery shopping needs in the Popps Ferry area. This maybe a bit busy at first. Please do not get discouraged. People are curious about what they have to offer since it is a new store. The crowd will hopefully die down soon as time goes by. I will say this location is the biggest and newest locations of the many stores on the coast. With that being said, if you don't see what you are looking for at your local market. They offer a great deal wide selection of local brands and food not often found anywhere unless you luck out at the local farmers markets. I have found many local farmers food that you cannot find anywhere else. May give them a try. No promises. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The parking lot is very clean and big. Able to handle lots of customers. They offer many services: fresh made sushi, fresh hot grilled or cooked food, fresh baked goods (cakes and etc), fresh daily seafood selection, salads, fresh flowers and plants brought in daily. This very popular to order cakes for any occasion and especially known for their king cakes during Mardi Gras. Plus you can order them and send to family or friends in the USA. I have done this personally and got positive feedback from my family. They said it's so delicious and reminds them of home. So fresh and moist/soft with full of flavor you choose. They also offer fresh boiled crawfish, shrimp, and crabs from time to time. Maybe smoked ribs from time to time. They do off indoor and outdoor dining areas if you want to eat there. Recommend the outdoor dining area since it is covered. Weather permitting of course. Free Wi-Fi offered. Stop by if you are in the area. You will be impressed. I know I was. read more

As someone from Virginia, I have to say I'm a little envious that we don't have Rouses Market back home. If we did, I'd be there every single day! This place is incredible--the fresh food is top-notch and surprisingly affordable. Their meat selection is outstanding, from seafood to pork, beef, and chicken--all of it is incredibly fresh and high-quality. During my visit, I tried their sushi, cookies, and a chicken sandwich, and everything was absolutely delicious. I was tempted to grab one of their seafood boil bags, but it was too late in the evening for me to enjoy seafood. Next time, it's at the top of my list! Rouses is definitely the place to go when you're hungry and want something fresh, light, and satisfying. You can tell everything is made with such care and quality ingredients. The facility itself is beautiful--it feels brand new, sparkling clean, and so well-maintained. Even the aisles feel like you're strolling through a park. Whether you're shopping for groceries or grabbing a bite, this place is an experience in itself. Highly recommend stopping by if you're lucky enough to have one nearby! read more

Rouses Market - Hoco bouquet - Grocery Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

I went to get some seafood. They had just what I needed. Seafood plus sides boiled in a bag. Shrimp, snow crabs, corn, and potatoes. If you need more sides they have small portions baged individually. It was more than I could eat in one sitting. So it made two meals for me. I found several items I was unable to find elsewhere. Store is very clean, staff is friendly and very accommodating. If you want a good lunch to go or eat there, they have a spacious area. read more

I went to rouse's on february eleventh two thousand twenty six.To get my father a birthday dessert from the bakery. There were five employees standing in the back.Doing king cakes talking with their backs turned to their customers. So I walked around the premay desserts for a minute didn't see anything.I liked and attempted to get service at the bakery. One more time again, not one person would acknowledge me.And as I walk away, I see someone look up and say she's gone. Completely unprofessional, horrible customer service by five employees.I ended up getting a frozen dessert and called it a day won't be going back to that one. read more

We were in Mississippi trying to decide if we would be moving there from Virginia. The astonishing lack of grocery stores in the gulf coast area made us decide to keep looking. How does an area so large only have a couple of grocery store chains? I am on a restricted diet due to allergies. I could not find any grocery store that carries the items I find easily in Virginia. What do people with allergies eat here and where do they get them from? The store itself... the bathrooms were in the back area and dirty. I don't want to walk past all the boxes and staging areas to use the restroom. The store was dirty with very limited supply. I expected more and better selections given it's a good sized store. The one thing going for it, to be fair and why I raised them a star, was the meat department. The butcher did a good job. The meat was a good price and had the right amount of marbling. read more

Fresh soup is available every day next to the salad bar. The soups are almost always great. My last visit I got a crab and corn soup and a soup combining andouille sausage and sweet potato. Both were delicious. read more
