I had to back that thing from sporting goods to the GM side door. I passed three Walmart associates and one of them some kind of manager, tried to get their attention to the situation but was ignored, got all the way to the GM door and told the person on the door her name tag said Antoinette, she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored it. What has happened to customer service, what has happened to people to make them ignore you. I've come in about 6 or 7 times only to find the deli closed because the machines were already cleaned and sanitized. And I'm not arriving right at closing time, usually 1-2 hours before closing. Last night I got there around 5:30 (right after work) and was told they were already broke down for cleaning, they don't close until 8, this is ridiculous! I understand they take a little time to clean for the next day (should only take 20 min. tops though). I used to work in a restaurant and had to break them down after daily prep M-F, so I fully understand the time involved, just very frustrating.
