This was a delightful find right in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. Our server was adorable and very helpful. The food was delicious! The inside has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and we were super happy to sit at one of the outdoor tables and do some people watching. When our food arrived, they had forgotten to remove the cheese from my avocado toast, but they took it back into the kitchen immediately and it was back and correct in about 3 minutes. Finally stopped stuffing my face long enough to leave a review for Buzzy's. Typically I pick at a couple different dishes while I throw some comments in the notes section on my phone but this place keeps me eating! My favorite choice there is the avocado toast. The menu is eclectic with just about something for everyone. Super friendly staff. I believe this location has more seating. I have been going to Buzzy's since they first opened up years ago This visit (newer owner) was an extreme disappointment. My avocado toast was on barely toasted if all, bread and I had to scrape off the black blobs of avocado. My hash brown potatoes were barely cooked. My companion had an egg bowl which consisted of an over cooked egg and undercooked potatoes. A horrible disappointment i doubt we will attempt again, 30.00 worth of crap. Went for breakfast today and glad we did. Walked in and immediately met by a smiling staff member who seated us. Within a minute our drink orders were taken. Shortly thereafter a different staff member took our food orders. While waiting for our food, staff members constantly checked on us. Food served and it was outstanding. Spicy sausage gravy, wonderful biscuits and perfectly fried eggs. Hash browns casserole was so good we got them to tell the secret ingredients. Omelette was perfectly prepared. We were in the road to LA and wanted to try someplace new for breakfast in MS. The reviews looked great for Buzzy's so we decided to try it. It was in downtown Ocean Springs down a side road. A nice little quaint place. We were one of the first people there since they had just opened. We were greeted and seated. First, the coffee was delicious. I built a custom omelet with the hashbrown casserole. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great and the place is clean. I had the breakfast bowl loaded with hash browns, ham, fried egg with biscuit and gravy. Way more than I could eat. My husband had eggs, bacon has browns and biscuits with gravy.
