I also put a lot of of weight on customer service. Since I've never been in before, I wanted to go into the store versus through the drive-through. When I walked in, I stood there for three or four minutes and never saw another living soul. I wondered if I wondered to the back if I would see everybody tied up or something. I called out multiple times. Nothing! I shifted around so that I could see in the back and I saw an employee standing there scrolling on her phone. I'm not an idiot. I know what that thumb action looks like. I called out to her multiple times and she was standing there right by an open window. I know she could hear me. When I finally raised my voice to a uncomfortable level, she wasn't shocked. She wasn't startled. She simply lowered her phone very smoothly turned and came out front. She knew I was there but whatever was on her phone was more important. She tried to follow me off with some BS Story about babysitting some donuts and I'm not buying it so they lose a couple of stars on customer service. So if you're familiar with the product and you go through the drive-through, you probably don't have to put up with that crap.
