I occasionally use another place, depending on the vehicle or town in I'm, and they aren't always so speedy. Locally, Jiffy Lube is my go-to place. 180 degrees from the oil-brand-named place that I avoid due to a really bad customer experience there. No complaints, other than the location and the crazy place to leave the business and re-enter traffic. I wish this was closer to home and in the towns I frequent most often.

They were able to take me right away. The tech told my wife that this was the first Sequoia he had serviced. That was 8/14/26. Fast forward to 8/25/26 and I'm getting intermittent warnings on my dashboard that my engine oil level is low. I checked the oil level and it appeared fine. 8/28/26 I get a message that my engine oil is low. I check the oil level again and no oil is on the dipstick. I stop by a Valero (I'm now in San Antonio, TX) and purchase 3 quarts of oil. I put 2 quarts in the oil fill and check the dipstick. Oil level normal. But there is definitely something wrong in my opinion. I get a service appointment at a Toyota dealer and they discover on their inspection that the drain plug is loose and the crush gasket has been cracked. The drain plug was improperly torqued and then backed off to a loose position. Economy Quick Lube almost cost me an engine. Hopefully they'll read this review, accept responsibility and refund the $90.00 I paid for a poor oil change.

I usually get very anxious when I go to a repair shop since I know nothing about cars, I am a female, and Im always scared I will be getting played into over paying like many other mechanics have done. While being immediately greeted and taken care of, they lent me a loaner car while my car was in the shop. Periodically thought the day they kept me up to speed on where my car was, what the issues were and what the price of each would be. It made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable that my car was in the right hands. I dropped my car off at 8 am and by 3 pm it was all done! What shocked me more than the amazing service that was provided here was that my car was vacuumed clean when I picked it up. I have NEVER had a mechanic shop EVER care for my car as much as L&N Performance. I cannot recommend them enough if you're looking to get your car serviced, 10/10! All I can say is this will be the ONLY place I get my car serviced ever again! Thank you all for the amazing service! Big plus is they are very Covid safe! And as someone who's not a local, it meant a lot to see they care about their employees and their customers! Thank you all!
