Note: it was about 3:15pm and I was a bit panicked because my experience is that if you show up to a garage late in the afternoon chances are you can't get helped that day. I was blown away by the fact that even though they were obviously very busy, they took my car in as soon as a bay was free because I was traveling. VERY sweet lady in the office, and an older gentleman was the one who took care of me. They ordered a new hanger for my muffler, and also noticed a bent lateral bar. He took pictures of both rear lateral bars so he could show me what it should look like, and what the bent one looked like. So many times I've been to garages in the last few years and they don't even let you know if they see other issues especially if they know you're not getting the other issues fixed there. His letting me know ensured I quickly made an appointment with my dealer at home so I can get it fixed, and my new tires being installed today won't be ruined. They really took care of this scared old lady in time of need and I am forever beholden!

Back in November, 2025 we brought our car in for a cata converter replacement, we had the converter ordered in advance and during the times we had the quote generated which was $1,500+ we were given verbal promises that the car would be done same day. First day? It was not completed the same day as promised. They then said they would have the car fixed by lunch time at the latest TOMORROW, tomorrow lunch comes around? Still not done. 3rd day we got law enforcement involved to get a proper update/record as we did not have a spare vehicle to get back and forth to work and were getting fed up with the excuses, this is when Mr Gibson himself showed his ugly side and began his verbal assault towards us mocking us in front of his entire team and had embarrassingly brought us to the wrong vehicle in the bay that wasn't even ours while screaming at us. It took 3 full days and a little extra time as they stayed after close to get the vehicle done before we could finally leave their shop. They had 1 single mechanic working on the vehicle for the first 2 days and only on the 3rd day realized they needed to put more hands on the job. We were suppose to have another service order for an oil housing unit repair on our vehicle but we will not be coming back as its clear Mr Gibson and his crew are just not the right fit for us after speaking to them again today. Overall horrible experience, rude, snotty attitude from the front office ladies, and even ruder unruly behavior from the guys behind the ladies.

I only had a debit card to pay for the inspection $20. Owner said I could pay with cash only. He said I could come back anytime to pay . I told him I had another vehicle to inspect and would be back the following morning. Return the next morning to pay with cash. Amazing that I could do this and was trusted to return. Very nice and fast service . This would not be aloud with many shops. Superb customer service .

Their prices were reasonable and they took the time to additionally discuss potential problems and solutions I may come across with my older car. From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son.
