Increased prices as of April 2025

Came here to redeem tickets before Round1 doubled the ticket prices in the victory zone. We drove hours to this location because it was the only one with this particular prize. Redeeming tickets for a prize at an arcade should be a fun experience, but this particular location makes you feel like a criminal for taking a prize. It's a usual process at Round1 to fill out a prize claim form and then they check your card to review the gameplay. However, on this early afternoon of Friday 4/19, it took multiple staff and a couple managers over 25 minutes to review the card and finally give us the prize. I guess they really couldn't believe that someone could earn 10K tickets? Which seems like a low value when it's not even an Xbox or something. Round1 is also quietly rolling out price increases and the Salinas location has increased card reloads and prices of claw machine and crane games. The crane games here are super weak and hard to win, evident by the prizes that have been around since last year Round1 used to be fun but it's just a ripoff now!

Games are utterly expensive, bowling is also expensive. Lanes tend to fail regularly from what I hear and experienced.

This place has karaoke, bowling, a billiards room, and a very expansive arcade area as well as a snack bar and a bar. Unfortunately, the food isn't very good at the snack bar, but definitely gave me the energy I needed to play games and try to win tickets/prizes. You have to pay $2 to get a player's card and then can purchase an arcade package to load onto the card to play the various arcade games and claw machines. Any tickets you earn go directly onto the card, so make sure you don't throw your card away! There's a store inside where you can redeem your tickets for a wide variety of stuffed animals, candy, and a variety of other prizes. The games were fun to play and there's a lot to do here. There are also various packages for kids birthday parties as well as for adult birthday parties/events. This place is open 10am-2am, so you'll have plenty of time to spend your money and try as many activities you want!

My husband and I had a great time, but can be a little expensive. Definitely worth a try at least once. We didn't try the food.

I was wondering, is the skating rink open?

I don't believe the skating rink is open, but I could be wrong I've only been back once since I went a month or so ago, but still many things to do there.

Hi, which month is this going to open? My kids cannot wait! Thank you!

Hi there, the Northridge Mall store is set to open this month in the next couple weeks!

Hello Siemprefiel, thanks for looking into having a party at Round1! The Northridge Mall location is still under construction and has not yet opened its doors. Once the store opens, you can typically book a party about a month or two after its grand…

I was wondering the date it will open?

Someone in our group took a photo behind the bar, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender immediately became rude and escalated things. We were asked to leave, which is one thing--but what made the situation worse was that my card was still swiped and we were never served any drinks. After that, the bartender continued talking about us and involved another bartender, which turned into an unnecessary scene and got us kicked out. The interaction felt disrespectful, targeted, and completely unprofessional. If there was an issue with taking a picture, that could have been communicated respectfully instead of creating a hostile situation. As regulars, we expected better treatment and better customer service.

Zero bartending etiquette. She argues with patrons, she argues with her coworkers, I honestly don't really even know why she works there. The other guy has to tolerate her, and they appear to argue in front of patrons - it's not cute. He just stands there, staring at patrons as they sit waiting for drinks while the line gets longer and longer. Bartending is clearly not their jam. They have no signature cocktails, and the cocktails they do make are pretty bad. The karaoke is pretty egregious, it's like a guy who likes to sing poorly decided he wanted to set up karaoke just so he had a reason to sing sometimes and make other people listen to it. It's a dive bar, which in itself isn't bad. But it's like if you were driving through the bad part of Bakersfield and said "this place looks cool" and then stopped for a drink and then realized that it's Bakersfield but it's not. It's actually Salinas. You go here because you NEED to, because there's nothing else open, and then when this place closes you go to Jaime's. It's the second worst Salinas has to offer, and I'm saying that with optimism.

This restaurant has my son's favorite chicken wings so he insisted that I try them and oh boy he was right - they are so crispy. They have no sauce and are more of a dry rub, They are so full of flavor and tender. I will definitely return just for the wings. I was pleasantly surprised by their lunch menu. I had the half roasted chicken sandwich and garden salad and I only paid $11.95, that's a great deal. The sandwich was delicious. It has a pesto mayo that was extra tasty. The chicken was a tad bit overcooked, but still enjoyable. My son had the chicken Caesar salad and he said he enjoyed it. He liked the dressing, the chicken was perfectly seasoned, and he enjoyed it overall. Our waiter was courteous and the food came out fast. I will definitely return for the wings and to try more items of their menu. We had a great experience during lunch and lunch and plan to return for dinner soon.

I was acknowledged upon entering and promptly seated at the bar since it was just myself. I arrived during Happy Hour so draft beer was $1 off. The restaurant is huge with two dining rooms and another full bar. I think the only downside is they close at 8 pm on weeknights.

I met one of the Owners named Maria. I told her I was new in the area, and she shared her restaurant is family owned and operated. She was very friendly. I'm from San Jose and have had great Mexican food. These burritos were very big and flavorful. She was very generous with the meat, Al Pastor and Asada. Seasoned well and crisped on a plancha, these were great burritos. Now I always get a side of refried beans to see how well they are made. The refried beans at Las Marias were outstanding. I will be back to Las Marias to have dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant is fairly large and well decorated with artwork and a full bar. She gave us some recommendations and we ended up ordering enough food for that night + the next night that we enjoyed at home. The chips and homemade salsas came out first. 3 different types (2 red and 1 green). All 3 were good but they are spicy. We ordered the mulcajete, crunchy quesa birria tacos, enchiladas, and a chille relleno à la carte. The mulcajete came out bubbling hot with tons of beef, chicken breast, shrimp, and all the veggies. My daughter said her enchiladas (1 chicken and 2 cheese) were extraordinary. The birria tacos were on par - she makes the tortilla with a crunch to it. They were wonderful. Everything else was also very delicious. The rice was fluffy and tasty. The beans were a little soupy but tasted great. I like my beans a little more dense and thick.
