Wtf is wrong with this place. They take my money for garbage tickets but when the kids try to get a "ring" the lady says she can't "sell" those because they are for display only. There's over 100 of these $.1cent pieces of garbage. Take them out the kids display window. Why would you show kids a toy you have hundreds of but not be able to get them. This place has gone down hill since Covid and will be closing soon. It's obvious. I paid over $100 to not be able to get a $.1 cent ring. Yes this seems stupid, just as stupid as having hundred of rings in front of kids to not be able to win. So stupid a policy.

Pizza is still the same as it has been. Seems to be not as busy. Cold at the back tables, bring extra layers

You know you're getting old when you have lost all feeling for CEC. Seeing giant rodents, bratty children, and miserable work slaves just doesn't do it for me like it used to. Dumpy place, nasty bathrooms, and no fun code yellow/browns are called over the PA because there's no ball pit. I wouldn't be surprised if you caught some H1N1 or Foodborne Illness either.

The irony of the sign. Its say cleaner and yet their bathroom stalls are nasty and stinky. Seems like no one keeps up with the cleanliness

This place has actually been better than before. They vamped up the whole place and looks so muchh better and more appealing, rather than looking so ratchet and ghetto. My kid actually enjoyed it as there were new arcade games. Food it still the same and wht not. The only thing that grosses me out, is how stinky the bathroom is. The upkeep is so low given the volume of people that actually uses it on a daily basis. Also, as you walk down the hallway to the bathroom, it always smells like someone had thrown up on the carpet. Which doesnt surprise me at all but hust means that their carpet is nasty. Although the place looks better and the kids actually are enjoying, it still needs a lot of work

It's like a Chuckie Cheese for adults -- lots of noise, lights, video games, & junk food. My group had a private room - clean & comfy with regular table seating and a few sofas with a karoke option and a big screen TV. Pizza was basic, but slices were good sized & hot. Lotsa cheese on the cheese pizza. Pitchers of different sodas were provided & pitchers were labeled, so we knew what we were drinking. Our event included a wristband or sticker (I don't remember) that was good for a limited time to use at specific games that our employer chose for us. I wasn't interested so I gave mine to a teen for extra play. I also gave my ice cream sticker (good for a free scoop) to another kid. Many of our employees bowled, so I joined them in the very comfortable booths & watched the FIFA match on the very BIG screen TVs above the pins. My group had a great time bowling & singing karoke! This is a great location for groups of all ages & sizes. I don't know anything about cost, but the unlimited option seems like the best deal. There's a bar with pool tables for adults, in addition to adult-ish games. The main area is located on the 2nd floor of the mall with access by stairs, escalator, or elevator. Bathrooms have at least 30 stalls!! I thought I died & went to potty heaven! Girls rule!! 4 star for the sensory overload, but I had no idea where I was going. Now, you know. I decided to return a star, so it's now a 5 star review because the venue was just so darned clean.

I visited today and the owner had a very rude attitude, I showed him a card which is not in the best condition but I didn't know at the time what counts as Moderately, heavily played or damaged and when I handed him the card he just started laughing at my face and when I said I didn't know much he just said "obviously" with the most disrespectful tone still chuckling which was UNNECESSARY and uncalled for . After that another customer was curious and asked questions about a card in glass case he responded with attitude and was impatient and rushing him so he left. I liked the place at first but after multiple times of dealing with rude the owner and very low offers. Honestly save your time and visit the shop across from Planet fitness inside of the mall they sell and buy cards and figures and offer way BETTER prices and MUCH friendlier.

A complete mess. The owner--very rude, very nasty, not smart, not smart at all--goes after anyone who leaves an honest review. Sad! You think you're just asking a question, maybe about a card, very simple, very smart question, and suddenly you're under attack. It's unbelievable. People come in, they try to be nice, they try to be reasonable, and this guy--boom!--he's on you like nobody's business. Prices? Terrible. Service? Awful. Atmosphere? You wouldn't believe it. Very low energy. I've seen coffee shops with better vibes than this place. And the owner--he thinks he's running the greatest card shop in America, maybe the world, but really, folks, it's a total disaster. Very sad. He can't handle criticism. Can't handle it. If you leave an honest review, you'll feel like you insulted the president. And I know a thing or two about criticism, believe me. So do yourself a favor--don't go. You'll save your money, your time, your dignity. It's a very dangerous shop for anyone who wants an honest experience. I know the best shops, I have the best shops, people tell me all the time. Gamers in Control? Not one of them. Terrible, terrible, avoid at all costs. Bigly disappointing. And that owner? He needs a lesson in manners. Very sad!"

The kiosk to print online tickets was broken, which meant everyone had to wait in line at the concession stand just to get tickets. Then, since we had not visited in a while, we were not familiar with the layout anymore. Our movie was in Theater 1, but the numbering/signage was unclear. We saw Theater 2, but there was no visible number for Theater 1 nearby, leaving us second guessing whether we were in the right place. Once inside, the theater itself felt very worn down. The seats were so worn they looked dirty, and there were no food trays. I did like how far back the recliners went, but the farther you reclined, the more a barrier in front blocked the bottom portion of the screen. We also paid for the Dolby sound experience because my husband appreciates good audio quality, and he immediately noticed that not all of the surround speakers were being used, particularly the rear speakers. That noticeably took away from the movie experience. Overall, this theater feels neglected and run down. It is disappointing to see what was once a thriving theater decline so much. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
