I was super duper hungry the other night and really wanting a nice hearty meal. I wanted salad bar but it was such a wreck, does no one keep up on condiments? They were spilled everywhere and mixed in different containers. Why would I want a a wrinkly tomato in the cheese I am trying to use? I used to come here a lot but most of the nice original staff has vanished. There are a few familiar faces I recognize that are always pleasant to see. I made an online order for a pizza and a salad with chicken added. When I went to pick it up, the pizza was ready on time. When I went to get it from the young lady working at the register, she gave me an empty plastic salad take out and told me to go to the salad bar to make it. Since I had ordered it online, I asked er why they didn't make what I had ordered. She just said you have to make it. I asked what would have happened if I had ordered it to be delivered instead. She said then they would have made it. I then told her that she should have told me this while I was waiting for the pizza, which would have saved time. There was no reaction from her. I think she was young and didn't know how to respond to a customer complaint. I went to make the salad, but the lettuce was all gone. I waited while they brought more out and made the salad. However, I had ordered it with chicken and there was non in the salad bar, so I went back to her to see how to get the chicken I had paid for. She called the manager and they spent a couple of minutes confirming that I had, indeed, ordered chicken on the salad and paid for it. At that point, the manager got me a plastic bag of chicken from their refrigerator and handed it to me. All in all, this added 15 minutes to my pickup, so, of course, the pizza I had ordered got pretty cool by the time I got it. The pizza was very good, but the service and the interaction with the staff were horrible. They need to train their folks to deal better with the customer, especially when there is a problem. I also think they should specify, when ordering a salad online for pickup, that you will be expected to make it yourself when you get there. read more

I do not recommend this place. I was watching this guy make my pizza and he had on no gloves, and didn't even wash his hands. He had a full on beard, and didn't wear a beard net or anything. When I talked to him about it, he just got offended. This place is not sanitary and it's pretty Disgusting. But if you don't mind that, then just forget about this review. read more

The pizza is really good, and I usually never have a complaint about them at all. Yet the other day I called and asked for the specials. When I was told the specials I said, "Yes, I would like the one with the vegetables. Was that the ultimeat?" The woman on the phone said yes and put me down for a large ultimeat pizza. When I received it, it was not the one with the veggies and it barely had any meat on it at all. I called to complain and the woman on the phone seem to not care whatsoever. This was last Sunday around 8 PM. This past Saturday I ordered once again from them and it was a great order. The Assistant Manager even delivered the pizza to the house, which I thought was impressive because most places I have worked, the assistant managers don't work as hourly associates do. This is why I still gave them three stars, because although the service is usually well performed and the pizza always tastes very good, this past experience was very disappointing. read more

I love this pizza place. Yes, we all know how much I hate chains, but this one is different. The pizza is classic Round Table pizza. The kind I grew up on after a baseball game. It feels like home, here in willows, they are a huge supporter of the schools. The staff is great, everyone is super friendly, knows you by first name type of thing. They get you your food very quickly. Its a good place to bring a large group, or a family with children. We have been having dinner there about once a week lately, and its a nice place to buy a pitcher and watch the games. Yes, I love this place. read more

Let me start by saying that I live in Menlo Park, home of the ORIGINAL Round Table Pizza. I eat at the Willows Round Table waaay more often than the original which is just a couple miles away. It is that much better. The Willows location may not look like a Medieval castle but that is the only place it falls short. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When it comes to pizza I feel it is just wrong to pay full price. Unlike the Menlo Park location the Willows location always has a deal or two for me. The pizza is better too. Went here with a friend we got two all-you-can-eat salads and a medium pizza which came to a total of 40 bucks. The service sucked, all the workers and manager carried on the conversation while I stood by the register. The lettuce was soaking wet and the salad bar was poorly stocked. After driving from L.A. to Willows.. the three of us were beat.. and hungry. Ordered via phone.. one large pizza..one large salad..one large Sprite.. in a two litter bottle. We were in a hotel..our order came.. no forks to eat salad with.. and a small sprite. We called and asked for the size soda we paid for and forks.. after waiting an hour called back, we got such a big run around.. being given to everyone that worked there.. once the manager finally came to the phone we asked again... then the run around again.. asked once again that those things to be brought by. The were only about A mile or so away.. on a week night. Another hour went by and nothing no call.. nothing, then they were closed. Did not eat the salad.. and just shared the small soda. They were rude and inconsiderate. We left the next morning.. so could not confront them.. very poor customer service. So sad.. some stores like to play games. I am writing the corp. office as well.
