Absolutely awful experience. We placed a delivery order for a 14" create-your-own veggie pizza with NO cheese (clearly noted for allergies), a salad with NO onions, and mild buffalo chicken wings. What we received: A pizza loaded with cheese, A salad literally covered in red onions, Wings that were soggy, drenched, and tasted like they'd been boiled--not remotely mild buffalo wings. We contacted the restaurant, and while they admitted the mistakes, they refused to take responsibility and told us to go through the delivery service for a refund. Completely unacceptable. If a restaurant can't respect basic dietary requests or own up to their errors, they don't deserve your business. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this place! read more

Here is the thing, 1) I just want to eat your pizza Buffett. How am I supposed to do that when it is only open 2 hours, at lunch time, on weekdays. Why. Would you. NOT have it on Saturday or sunday. Last year I found out round table was my favorite pizza. The first 2-3 times I ordered it it was amazing. The crust was the best part very flavorful and on the thicker side. Then this year I've tried it 3 times. The first time I got stuffed crust and it was flavorless and like a saltine cracker. So I go ok I'll never get stuffed crust again. So the next 2 times I don't and it's still flat and flavorless idk what happened but it's not good anymore. Came here for a salad bar and some garlic bread with my partner. Salad bar was OKAY. Veggies had been sitting there a while, and lots of containers were nearly, if not completely empty. Initial woman that took our order was short in her responses, but nice enough. We loaded up on salad and waited for our garlic bread. Once it arrived, I asked a younger woman for some cups for sauce/dressing and was informed that I had to pay for the sauce/dressing. While I understand charging for cups/sauce when someone hasn't already paid for a salad bar OR if they ordered to go, having to pay extra when we paid for salad bar, giving us access to the sauces/dressings doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I complied and paid, and it was only $1.65, but I don't think a customer should be charged for that. Next time I will just ask for another salad bar plate and use that for dressing. read more

We really felt like a salad bar for dinner and it's hard to find good quality. The salad bar really did the job because you can tell it had been refilled often and everything was nice and cold. The pizza was surprisingly delicious. We got the garlic cream sauce pizza and it was a nice thin crust almost, but the crust was thick enough to hold all the toppings. It had so much flavor! We tried the EXCALIBUR Pizza last night and it was full of flavor and baked to our specifications of crispy. The salad bar was well stocked, clean and we love the bleu cheese dressing. This is the only Round Table in this area, compared to when we lived in Los Angeles, so we're kinda stuck with this one because Mom is addicted to the Maui Zowie pizza. The girl up front was clearly still in training so it took her awhile to process the order before me and that was a little annoying. Still, they have a play area and a seating area with football on, so this makes them better than a lot of places that are still in Covid mode and won't let customers stay. The food is joyless and the portions are smaller than I remember, but I get it- Shrinkflation. I also didn't like how the restroom doors need a code, but again I understand since there's a homeless encampment across the street from their doors. I have been to this location and normally get really good service. Tonight the food was not good, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. It started then I called and asked due to it being V-day if they were super busy. The person on the phone would not answer and continued to ask me what I wanted. I repeated myself and was told the wait was 45mins to an hour wait for dine in. We decided to drive to restaurant and wait anyways when we arrived it was not busy at all there were a total of 4 people in restaurants. The experience only got worse from there. The only thing averaging out 3 stars is the food, it's good. To do carry out I walked with my pizza 30 min after it was supposed ready. I am in shock, the CDC guidelines were not followed. No gloves during prepping. And masks down in the kitchen. The cashier was bare handed refilling salad bar toppings touching the food. Cleaning buckets by front counter with hard water stains and grime build up. A customer after me had to wait 10 min after her pizza was made and another guy- the order was completely lost! I really hope the owners take a hard look at what their location needs. Harterford I think? Atleast if your kitchen messes up add some freebies. P.S. I'm not being Karen. I dont know if this is directed more at Yelp or Round Table - actually it's both. Just spent twenty minutes in my car trying to get a check in offer to redeem (I am right in front of round table now). Take a picture and done. No check in offer. I finally realized that they someone how have N Tacoma's check in offer linked to this location. When I click on the get directions to the location, it points me over to the N Tacoma location, even though the map in Yelp is showing me this one that I'm right in front of! Okay, no biggy, I'll go in.... maybe talk to manager because on yelp it says they are open 'till ten PM tonight...oh wait a second, the doors are locked... Yelp says they are open till 10pm on Thursday and it's 9:30 now. Oh, here is a door sign that says 9pm on Thurdsay. Well that's not cool either....Shoot. But what's this? They still have their open sign lit up. And there are clearly a few customers still in there..what is going on? My parents tried to order pizza Friday night while watching my son and the website wasn't allowing them to place the Oder to use a coupon that was found on the round table website and when they tried to call the man on the phone Jaun told them they can't accept the coupon and kept telling them they were on the wrong website my parents are older and have a hard time with the internet and they way this way handled was a bit unprofessional. This is the first time I've ever experienced a restaurant worker actually raising their voice and getting mad because we said that wasn't the pizza we ordered. Do not order an xl pizza here and think your getting a full 16 slices pizza like the website says, ordered an xl pepperoni thinking it would be enough for my family and these cheap scammy people pretty much take 8 full slices and cut them in half to sell it as an xl. Round Table is not a true pizza, per se. It is, however, excellent for what I would call a West Coast Pizza. The crust being the primary difference. It's always good, and very consistent. Ingredients are always fresh. Delivery time is often quoted as an hour; however, it usually delivered in 20-30 minutes. Delivery drivers are always polite, too. Though we don't eat all that much pizza, I would say RT is in my top three for the Tacoma North End. read more

Wanted pizza delivery at the hotel I'm in nearby. After much deliberation, finally went with this place. Yeah. Go with Round Table. Great quality, mostly. Great service. Excellent delivery people and fees. Reasonable delivery fee. The pizza I got was really perfect. The salad needed work. The brown-tinged iceberg lettuce I can do without, the cucumbers were a bit slimy, and the carrots were... dry. I would order the pizza, but not the salad again. Blue cheese dressing was good though! Went well with the tomatoes on the salad. Pay the extra cost for better ingredients, skip the Domino's highway robbery delivery fees. read more

We bring our family here often and up until today we have always had a fantastic experience, shoot we drive an hr one way just to come to this location. Sadly today, Sierra who we have never seen here was beyond rude to not only my husband and I but my 8 yr old and other customers. I did talk to the manager who by the way is always amazing and polite and knows I have never complained here in the 6+ yrs we've been coming. But I am just flabbergasted on how she talks to customers and how she rolls her eyes and acts like customers are a huge inconvenience. When we ordered, we ordered two pizzas one we said we'd like in a box so we could take it home and both pizza's with light sauce, well she brings out the one that should have been boxed and when I just simply said "oh I need that one boxed and it was supposed to have light sauce she rolled her eyes and stormed off then brought it back in a box without fixing the sauce issue, and then she comes back out with the other pizza that was for here tosses it on the table in a box, tosses paper plates on the table and storms off. My husband asked her while she was storming off if she was trying to get rid of us and she rolled her eyes again and said now you won't need a box later...... ummmm ok.... When I walked up to find the manager she straight up goes "ugh not this lady" and goes in the kitchen and hides until the cook told her there was also other customers waiting. I am just really concerned about this location with her working here, the manager who is amazing and I know has put alot of blood sweat and tears in making this a family friendly and respectful location so I would seriously hate for her to ruin this for him after he has worked so hard. I hope the GM and corporate see this so they can fix this before she ruins this location because we will not be back until she is gone, my son is legit scared to come back with her working her after the way she talked to him and that is so sad since this place has always been the place we take him too when he's done well in school or something like that which is why we came today, but as long as she is here we will have to find another location. Well this was my first visit. I had to go the bathroom and when I went in I Noticed the lights were on a timer. Soon as I sat down to pee the lights tuned off. I was in total darkness. The rest of my visit was awesome. The salad bar was good. The bread sticks were hard as a rock. But salad was good ham bites awesome. Bacon bites were gross. Pizza was amazing. I enjoy this round table. There isn't a Round Table in my area so every now and then I come to this one. It is a bit pricy for 1 man, as to why I gave it 4 stars. I ordered a pizza from here delivered tonight. I was a bit hesitant because about 5 months ago, I ordered a pizza for the first time and it was very dry and hard to eat. I was a long term fan of Round Table in CA, but moved to Olympia and there was no Round table nearby. When I moved to Tacoma almost right away I ordered one because I missed it, but the experience was bad. The pizza was barely edible the first night when it arrived, and being just me now, I only ate like 3 pieces, and put the rest in the fridge. The next day the pizza was rock hard, and had no sauce, so even heating it up, it was still not edible. Therefore, I just didn't order again, I figured the pizza was different here, and there are a ton of options in the area. Well, tonight I saw a coupon for $5 off a large pizza and since it's cold and dark, I didn't want to go out. I'm a pizza snob, so generally I don't order from most chains (pizza hut/dominoes etc), Round table being the only exception to that rule in the past. I decided to give them another shot, and ordered extra sauce this time, along with extra cheese (believe that was a problem last time as well) and pepporoni (classic). The food got here promptly and I was very pleasantly surprised, it was very similar to the yummy pizza I had always gotten in CA. We would often have magic the gathering tournaments at Round Table Pizzas there, and so I had their pizza at least once a week, for many years. This pizza was night and day better than last time. Plenty of cheese and sauce, and the over all flavor was delicious. I would highly recommend it. I have seen alot of negative reviews on here, but I would give them another shot, it looks like there may have been a problem in the past (just based on reviews and my experience) but they have fixed it at this point. I was still not able to eat even half the pizza, but I seriously wanted to eat more lol. read more
