This is a better experience than the place in South Salinas. The service is quick and attentive, for starters. I've only done take-out, but the place is nice inside and the vibe seems chill. The food is roughly the same, same good crust, same amount of pretty good toppings, same meager sauce. There are places in town with better sauce, an occasional better sausage, but if they're on a limp bready crust it just doesn't keep my interest. The upshot is, we'll continue to come here until there is real NY Style pizza nearby. read more

Horrible experience today. Yelp says they close @10:00 PM, the sign on the door says 9:00 PM, so which is it? I walked in at 7:40pm and the lady at the cash register told me they are only doing carry out because the dining room is closing. I asked her what time the restaurant closed & she said 9:00 PM & there was only pick up available. They do not want people dining inside after 8:00 PM because of clean up. Just tried to come into round table on N main and was told that I couldn't eat in the establishment due to the "dining room being closed" @8 pm, they also close the whole store @9pm, I walked into the place @ 7:30pm. Besides the fact that this place is employed by only people with terrible customer service for their attitude every time I come here, I believe this is beyond absurd to tell a paying customer. The "sorry the dining room is closed" excuse is only for lazy employees and staff that don't want to clean 1 extra table, ESPECIALLY when the entire establishment is empty when we walked in. This is absurd and should be addressed immediately. I only come here for one reason, and that's for good pizza. It's the absolute least these employees can do because the environment is terrible and amongst some of the worst in Salinas. Be careful with these people it has happened to me twice, its my own fault for not checking always in a rush. These people tend to keep/duplicate the receipt for the Rewards, scan the QI code for there own use. Let's start off by saying the pizza was good. The customer service was horrible! The lady at the register was rude and told us she's normally in the back that's why she was slow. If I could give a negative star I would. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. We don't mind paying the high price for a pizza and wings, if they were served hot or even warm. We waited over an hour for our food, and it was incomplete. We were a party of 17 and they brought our items out one by one and cold. As we asked for the items missing they were bothered and rude. When we finally got our wings they were almost frozen. We also ordered the all you can eat salad bar and was told they don't offer that and it was only 1 trip, however the "All you can eat salad bar" is on the menu, when we asked about it, they said it was only on the "to go" menu...makes no sense. I am a frequent customer of this location and was disappointed with my recent order. I specifically request for a crispy crust and the pizza that was delivered was not fully cooked. I contacted the location and the person that answered was dumbfounded and questioned my dissatisfaction. He repeatedly said that it could never happen because the oven is timed. Well it did and I have a picture to prove it. He offered to have a delivery person pick up but only under the condition if I ate 1-2 slices. At that point, we already had waited an hour and wasted another 30 minutes talking to an unhelpful person at your restaurant that does not understand the meaning of quality service. The manager, Esperanza Martinez, is rude and treats her workers poorly. She will yell at them in their face to the point where it is verbal abuse, and if her employees tell her something back, she cuts their hours or takes them off the schedule completely. Also, this is what the food looks like she feeds her customers, moldy. Employees will bring this to her attention and her solution is still to serve it to customers. The mushrooms give off a fishy smell and are black with mold visibly growing on them. Cucumbers however, till occasionally get the mold taken off before they get put in the salad bar. There have been cockroaches found roaming in the pizza boxes stored in the back area. Her solution, kill the cockroach inside the box but still serve pizza inside that box. Bags of cheese will also occasionally contain mold but she still thinks it's ok to serve it to customers. Esperanza has told underage employees (17 years old) to lie about their age and to handle alcohol, which is illegal. The poor food quality as well as terrible management have been reported to corporate. However, the franchise owner of this location does not care. Instead he'd rather fire the employees who do not feel it is right to serve molding ingredients to customers. Would highly recommend to never eat at this location or support any other locations owned by Chris Swanson, the franchise owner. read more

When I called, I was given a manager right away, however, all she did was apologize and proceeded to tell me that they just forgot to place the order. Well I order out this last Sunday night, 40 minute before Sunday night football, but I call them first and there were losing my connection (how that possible when its 50 yards across the street.) No big, so walk across the street to order, order medium small pepperoni (not the super mini ones) with fresh mozzarella on, they said they stop serving it (now how possible when they have artisan pizza that have that on it, ok) so I ask for extra cheese on it. Then they mischarge about wings, no big, I ask them to correct themselves; they did. Then they told 20- 25 minute wait, but it took them 35 min cause half way they forgot my bread. So I finally get home look at the pizza, pepperoni all the brunt, no extra on cheese (yes I know when regular and extra is) and what happen to the sauce; didn't even taste it.
