Big fan of PF, Ernie and his staff. Yesterday though I dined in, ordered pepperoni and olives. young, friendly gal comes to table to confirm my order. She acknowledged that they made pepperoni and onions. I told her that was incorrect. she said they would fix it I told her I'm not a fan of onions or else i would take it. To my surprise they bring my pizza shortly after and all they did was take the onions off‍ . didn't bother doing a new one after I shared I don't like onions. Not very good pizza. Highly recommended going around the corner to Vertigo. Also, they claim not to be responsible for any of the games in their store (although we all know they profit from them). My little one put her hard earned allowance money in to play and the game ate the money. We asked the staff for assistance and were told they don't have any control over the games. I suggested they at least put an out of order sign on it and was told that it works sometimes for some people. Wondering how many people they scam this way and others. Poor service, young kids that don't care. This town has limited food options and unfortunately this is one of the worst. read more

I'm here right now. It's 5:03 on a Wednesday. It's very lightly attended. There is 2 large groups in the meeting rooms. The place is semi-cleaned and the service is ok. They have 2 cooks and 1 worker. I just wanted a soda and the person took around 3 minutes to help me. She was getting other pizzas. That's what happens when you only have one person upfront. Looks like a community place where schools bring their groups to have meetings. Not bad. Pizza is decent, I've been here a few times. Pizza Factory strikes yet again. This is by far the best pizza buffet I have been to. When I come into town on a weekday I enjoy stopping by the pizza lunch buffet. They keep a good selection of pizza's out at all times. The pizzas are warm and fresh. The salad buffet was also good even tho the romaine lettuce wasn't the freshest. It was well stocked and tasted great. Oh and they have one of those fancy coca cola freestyles which I drank Raspberry iced tea I like having options. First of all if you ever want to place an Pizza Factory order through Grubhub beware of this location. My mother ordered ravioli and twisty bread from this Pizza Factory location due to the South Main Pizza Factory having a power outage resulting in Grubhub transferring her order to this location and waited and waited and waited. When my mom finally got her order of ravioli and twisty bread Mom discovered that there was not much cheese on the ravioli and she only got three pieces of ravioli and it made her shocked. We have been Pizza Factory fans and this was the first time my parents had ordered from this Pizza Factory location and needless to say we will return to ordering from the South Main location but for anyone ordering Pizza Factory through Grubhub avoid the Natividad location whenever possible read more

Went in for a pick up order at the Natividad location. We ordered pizza, breadsticks with pizza sauce and plain wings with buffalo sauce on the side. Cashier Mariana took our order, but she forgot to give us our wing sauce and pizza sauce and instead gave us ranch (didn't even order ranch) unfortunately, we saw the mistake once we got home. So we called and Mariana said to come back. All we did was express that our food will be cold once we get back. Her very rude response was "well you should've checked it before you left" like it wasn't her problem even though she is the one that took our order (she even repeated the order back to us!) Besides, we've never had to check our order because they ALWAYS get it right the first time. We ended up going back to the location to get our sauces and asked to speak to the manager, Kevin. He apologized for Mariana's unprofessionalism and attitude, then kindly gave us a gift card for next time. He handled the situation perfectly. We then assured him that we will remain loyal customers. I understand these are uncertain and difficult times due to the COVID-19 situation and she might have just been frustrated and/or overwhelmed, but good customer service should still remain as we are all suffering and just want to enjoy some delicious pizza and wings. read more

Pretty good deal for a complete Buffet. The drink is included for the price which is nice. The soup option is a nice touch too. Unfortunately, it was tomato bisque which im not a fan of so i didnt get to try the soup. Overall, the Pizza is OK. Its no Mt. Mikes but it wasnt bad. It was around 11:30 when I came in and it wasnt very busy so there were only a few pizzas out. Maybe at busier times there will be more variety coming out faster and fresher. I will probably come here again if I get the urge to stuff my fat face with All You Can Eat Pizza. I probably wouldnt go there other than the buffet. I know people have different tastes when it comes to Pizza, so to some, its probably great. I went pre-covid and it was an ok place for a quick pizza fix but now, the pizza is no better then domino's and a lot more expensive but honestly it was the service that was absolutely horrible. The employee K***a was so rude to everyone including us. The way she spoke to a group of people that were eating there. There is no need to be so rude to people, but the way she spoke to the patrons...wow. How did this girl get hired and how are they are ok with this behavior? What a great place! I'd arranged a last minute family dinner for my son's birthday yesterday. I called 30 minutes ahead for an okay. Originally i thought it would be less than 10 people but we had more. The girls at the register were all so very friendly and accommodating. I was beyond pleased with the service.
