Great pizza! Friendly staff good specials. Round Table pizza is premium pizza and is always satisfying.

FILTHY. Entire restaraunt dirty. I went at 11am when they first opened. They don't answer phone. They charge $1 for small side ranch. Worried about food poisoning. This cannot be real business? Front for something else not legal? read more

I didn't even get a chance to eat the pizza because while waiting in line, I decided to use the restroom and the employee seeing me standing in line says you can't use the restroom until you buy something customers only and I think that's all I need to say really kind of blew me away and I left the line and went to Chinese food next-door. Horrible customer service despicable behavior. They were chuckling and laughing as I was walking. I would never return to this restaurant. read more

We ordered 16 pizzas to be ready for pick up at 7pm on a Saturday and all pizzas were hot, perfectly cooked and ready on time! We ordered and paid in advance through their manager and that worked very well. I'd order from them again. read more

Pretty upset to read that others have had to wait even longer than we did today. Our food was handed to us 30 minutes AFTER pickup time. Although we paid PRIOR thru the app. Went in there 3 times while waiting in the parking lot with hungry kids. The cashier was unable to provide us any help - refund or discount , which is even more upsetting. No , the pizza was not worth the wait . BURNT. Usually we choose a little Caesar's but we were feeling a little "fancier" . What a joke read more

This is the worst round table pizza ever!!! Every time we order from there the price is outrageous!! So expensive for bad quality pizza! 1 night our pizza was so burnt we couldn't even enjoy it. Then we ordered last night only because it was the closest pizza to deliver was under cooked and the pizza wasn't cut all the way through. I was so bummed was hoping to have a good dinner. read more

Here is my two cents on the delivery , food size and quality of the items I ordered. I ordered my pizza from Roundtable...GrubHub handle the transportation,,arrive quickly with the pizza still being hot and actually the salad being cold . I requested a 14 inch make your own pizza with the standard sauce with pepperoni mushroom and black .. I have been eating ROUND TABLE PIZZA...Oakland, since 30 odd years. Lol the recipe of the crust has changed the sauce and everything else has not and it's still very delicious.... The only difference I have found is the crust has changed a little bit. It is not as crispy as I have remembered. Though it is still worth the extra money that round table charges as per all the other places.. I also got a large garden salad with ranch dressing... it arrive very cold and delicious enough for two people or one person for two days. Definitely recommend it. So if you're looking for a chain pizzeria place, you cannot beat round table Pizza . read more

This is only for the lunch buffet. Back in the day I went to this place for the pizza lunch buffet, it was hands down the best one around, both in the variety and quality of pizza. I don't eat pork; there were always non-pork options There were crowds there most of the time. I recently went there again. It opens at 11am. There were only like 5 people there including me. The pizzas were not out. So I tried the salad bar. The vegetables and dressings were fresh and tasted good. However I was not there for the salad. They had on both the TV and sound system at once which I did not like. Finally at 11:20 the pizzas came out. Pizza buffets usually have 5 pizzas, including at least 1 cheese or veggie. There were 3: a pepperoni and sausage, a pepperoni and cheese, and a hawaiian ham and pineapple. All 3 had pork. I don't eat pork. However because I'd already paid, was hungry, and there was nothing else i partook of them. The pepperoni and sausage was fairly good, the pepperoni and cheese was just okay. I did not try the hawaiian. I requested a veggie pizza. And they did get one out eventually. But it really wasn't that good. There were cinnamon twists. Dry and just okay tasting, only a dash of cinnamon taste. "Memories of days gone by..." When I left I was the only one there. It wasn't terrible. However I will not be returning. read more

Twists were very overcooked and barely any mushrooms on the pizza. There is also no cheese inside of the twists just a little bit of garlic and they were very dry. The pizza was burned on the bottom. Every time I come to this location it's bad. Go to another location!!! read more

I LOVE me some round table pizza. But they told me 30 mins pick up at 7:22 it's 8:08 and I'm still waiting out front for my pizza ‍ this one sucks read more

This is the WORST Round Table EVER. We moved here recently and ordered on-line and got it delivered. Every time there was a problem. One time it took THREE hours to get our pizza. They always blamed it on something out of their control. We tried several times hoping it would get better - but it NEVER Did. My Friend told me about another Round Table on Cypress Ave. but that they don't deliver to our neighborhood - or his. And he said they had a GREAT Beer List. So we went to that one and ate - it was awesome. And the beer was great. While I was in there, I was talking to the manager (Who makes the great beer list rotations). I asked if they delivered to my house and gave him our address. Well sure enough - they deliver to my house and my friends and we live about three miles apart. The only catch is that we HAVE to order by phone because the computer automatically routes it to this place. I would rather not have pizza than to mess with this place again. Now we order by phone and get the best darn Round Table pizza delivered to our door. AND Now that COVID is calmer - we even go there occasionally and eat inside and drink a great beer too!! read more

Whoa I should've checked the reviews before I came. Please don't go there it's not worth it. I placed my order online for a 45 min for pick up. Showed up 15 min early and pizza has been done for ten min okay whatever no big deal then they made the pizza wrong it had no sauce lol I just asked for light cheese. No problem they offered to re make it fine. So I left came back ten min later and bought a beer while I waited thinking it was cooking. Nope one of the employees literally hold up a pizza and yelled it's that light cheese lol I was like that's fine I wanted regular sauce. Wtf the cheese was never the problem. But okay I'm thinking it only takes 7 min to cook a damn pizza and they said it would be right out. It's been 15 mins at the point 1 hr since I placed the original order. Another 15 min goes by and I asked what's going on and they said it's coming out. Meanwhile they were so inappropriate like I didn't care but still to here laughing and screaming going on while I'm waiting for my fucked up order Bugs you a but. Ten mins after they said it was almost done I get my pizza. Which is partially smash cause of the box. And it's a thin pizza ha. Maybe it wouldn't of got smash it they made it the right size instead of stretching it out. No sorry no nothing. I'm the one who said sorry a dozen so they spit on my food for their mess up. Wow never going there again. Also two other customers complained about their pizza lol. I heard them over talking about one , how they didn't make it xtra large and made fun of the customer. Saying it shrank that guys wrong?? Unprofessional . It could've been fine if they just remade it instead of remaking it while joking around that probably why it took 40 min for them to make it when they messed up to begin with. Pizza tasted like old dough. And only have the pizza was thin. Which is funny if you think about it haha how does that happen? What a waste of time. Chain or not. Those employees were the problem read more

Yes, we all know that Round Table Pizza is a chain, but they are not all ran the same. We came in for a quick pizza to go and needed up staying, watching TV and chatting with both employees and customers. The staff is so friendly. We waiting less than 10 minutes for our pizza came out and they apologized for wait. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much we didn't even think we waited long at all. Round Table Pizza - The moment you realize the pizza was almost gone before you took a picture - Pizza Near Me - Sacramento, California

Terrible service. Initially I was told it was too busy for a delivery. After calling back I was hung up on after asking to speak to a manager. Well pre ordered online and it said it would be ready in 10 mins. Arrived in 10 mins and they seemed confused. Finally they figured it out and told me 5 mins. Nice service when ordering .... however bland pizza * "regular" crust was super thin and burnt! $35 ha! No way.

So in the first visit, the guy behind the counter had no mask in sight. Second time I ordered delivery, and as of this writing, it is about a hour late. When I called, as I was being told why it was late, I was hung up on. The only reason I gave this a second star is that my kids actually like this pizza. But I might have to try a different location. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. This is what they consider thick crust. Refused a refund. Manager Sherry told me he can't refund because his system won't let him. Then told me he doesn't want to do a refund because he has to answer a lot of questions in the system to refund. Then told me he actually can refund but he won't because he doesn't think anything is wrong with this pizza. Asked me to text pictures of the pizza to his cell phone then laughed at me and said I'm crazy for thinking my pizza crust has something wrong with it. Refused to give me his mangers name or district managers name or a number to file a complaint. Said he doesn't know it. read more

I love Round Table pizza but the pizza quality over the last couple of years here has gone down quite a bit. It just isn't as good or loaded with toppings as it was a couple years ago. Considering the cost, I have stopped coming here anymore. The restaurant is clean, but it's overpriced for what you get now. read more

DON'T ORDER ONLINE! The "Manager" Terry as he called him self is the most unprofessional person in this establishment. He yelled and almost leaped over the counter at me all because I asked for my pizza to be remade as I wanted pepperoni on my pizza as I always get. He refused to remaking it saying I made the mistake ordering it with cheese only. I expressed to him how that was a mistake and I wanted pepperoni as featured in the picture. He said I would have to repay to get my pizza remade because it was my mistake not theirs. I am absolutely in shock I received that type of service from round table. I've been eating there since I was a kid and always tell everybody how much I love round table. After this experience I will never come back into this establishment I would give you 0 stars if I could. That was such disgusting behavior from their so called manager who wouldn't even give me the name of the GM. He told me that was private information. He just doesn't want his GM to know how unprofessional he was and trying to fight a women who is 4'10 is low. This man needs to reevaluate his job because he's a horrible manager he doesn't know how to give good customer service. He literally had an issue from the moment I walked in. I had to use the restroom and when I ask if he could open the door for the bathroom he said it's for customers only and then I proceeded to tell him I had already ordered a pizza. So just from start to finish bad customer service. I wasted my money for a pizza I didn't even want and I didn't even eat it I had to throw it out. He refused to give me a refund or to even remake it he told me I would have to repay another 31$ to get pepperoni. read more

We literally walked in then walked out, they're attitude made us feel unwelcomed as If we owed them something. First off everyone was in the kitchen, and they just stared at us when someone finally came to ask with a huge attitude it was to ask "pick up?!" Uh no can I c a menu? Gave us the menu walked away and said tell me when u ready. So disappointing! We had to leave. Just moved to the area and u would think round table would have better service since they are well known and pizza is always good. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ROUND TABLES AROUND!!! I used to manage a Round Table back in the 80's and know what to look for. My wife is a secret shopper so I am extra picky when it comes to customer service. The new owner is TERRIFIC!!! Several other Round Tables are owned by an out of town of owner who is just letting them "circle" the drain. I have to travel an extra 8 miles RT to go to this Round Table but it's worth it. I eat at Round Table about 3 times a week. The first time I went in here, I met Raj the owner who actually greeted me when I walked in, talked about the different beers he had on tap and why his Pizza was better than the competition. I've been in here about 8 times and the employees always greet me, the pizza is out in 20 minutes, full of toppings (the way a Round Table should be) and you can taste the difference! One time there was a hitch in the giddy-up when ordering a pizza. The employee (I think her name was Sky) called the owner on the phone to work it out. Not only did he not just fix the problem over the phone, he did one better than that and drove down and fixed it IN PERSON! Now that's Customer Service! read more

We had the most pleasant lunchtime experience here this past fall of 2013 as we beat the clock to get into the doors and over to the counter to just barely catch the all you can eat salad and pizza lunch deal that ends promptly at 1:30 as we wrapped up a hood shopping outing for the day..... We'd had our eye on this strip mall location since moving into the neighborhood nearly 4 months back and after pulling up the reviews on Yelp to check it first and seeing the most recent ones as being less than satisfied we decided to see for ourselves and I'm glad we did.... BEER alert! And deliCious Stella beer none the less.... Even clarified with the manager ol' Dave and it's true: Stella Pitchers go for $9.99 each... I love Stella but Stella doesn't love me so I didn't indulge in her however felt the need to share this beautiful gem of a deal... Bud & Bud Light go for $7 a pitcher every day too...... I love a great deal on adult beverages.... POISON OF THE DAY: 2 all-you-can-eat Salad Bar and Pizza Meals for $6.99 each and self serve fountain drinks.... FAV'S: Sausage and Cheese pizza, Combo and Pepperoni. All surprisingly delicious even with its super thin crust it was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh. SALAD BAR: All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful AND their Blue Cheese Dressing was AMAZINGLY delicious! I'm a sucker for high quality perfectly balanced blue cheese and so far in this town this has been the one place that I really really enjoyed it.... Ranch is damn good too as I used it liberally to drag my pizza thru before drowning it in my Parmesan cheese, red chile pepper flake mountain of deliciousness..... Yummmmmy! Our table as were the rest were clean, well stocked with shakers of Parmesan cheese and red chile pepper flakes to which I can empty about a good 1/4-1/3 of a shaker as I remove the lid and dump the chiles out onto my plate eating them allllllllll........ This place was very clean, well stocked and the manager Dave and the other employee very friendly as Jim walked around and bussed tables, handed out balloons to any kid inside the restaurant and on more than one occasion approached our table to see if we needed anything and to remove plates awaiting their clearing.... He smiles a lot and I like that... Alot! The manager as per his name tag which read Dave was also equally as pleasant, helpful and attentive as he was approachable as he bussed tables and chatted with us on more than one occasion..... Lastly TV"s... They have several flat screens which were all blasting out sports with pub style chairs and stools in addition to plenty of clean tables for seating... The only issue that we had with this location was the restrooms.. Strange right? Although they were immaculate, clean and well stocked they were..... well....... they smelt of pee pee... I have no idea how this happens when its all so visibly clean as far as free of debris and the like but well the ol' sniffer doesn't lie and my man said that the men's restroom was the same.... This alone wouldn't keep me out of this joint as I am not coming here for the bathroom facilities but for the food and in this department as well as the customer service we received and that I witnessed all the other paying customers receive I was beyond pleased and satisfied...... read more

I love this round table the staff for the most part is great my only issue with them is delivery does not work when I try to do it online I always have to call it in. It's very clean and my order is always fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly and talkative, I order from them often usually for delivery since I'm disabled, however some of the staff don't seem to know the menu well other than pizzas, the person I spoke with on the phone told me they don't make garlic bread with cheese which I know that they do because I order it every time. read more

Worst RT in town. Has to be. Regularly takes like 2 hours for pizza. Like, don't take orders if it's going to take that long or don't tell customers that it'll only be an hour. Oh, and they were out of cinnamon twists. read more

I gave this review 2 stars simply because the pizza was tasty and the delivery driver was nice. We ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be a meat lovers pizza. After waiting 45 mins, we got a pizza that had a little pepperoni, a little sausage, maybe some other kind of meat-I couldn't tell you because it was pretty sparse on the pizza. Not to mention that the large was not too much bigger than a paper plate. And it was lukewarm! My family had to put our slices in the microwave to heat it up! The pizza itself cost $29.69. I will never order from round table again. It was way too expensive, too small, and when I order a pizza, I want it hot! I decided to give this location another try tonight. Ordered on line and the app said it would be here at 7:28pm. At 7:58pm, I called to see where my pizza was. (Theres NO WAY its happening again.....right???) The girl who answered asked me to hold. Then a few minutes later another girl picks up and says, "Hello?" I'm like, "Hi?" Then she said her coworker had just left the phone receiver on the counter and walked away - for the 3rd time tonoght. Really? OK anyway, she agreed my pizza was 30 minutes late and didn't know what happened. So I just canceled it because, why bother? . How funny, the two times I've tried this place, they quickly debited my card but the pizza was never made/delivered.
