A great stop with the family on the way in or out of Yosemite. The staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant is clean, and best of all the pizza is hot and fresh. The lunch buffet is a great deal, all you can eat with 4-5 types of pizza, a nice salad bar and dessert, plus kids 4 and under eat on the house! The Hawaiian Pizza is the best. read more

Had an emergency and needed to get ahold of our daughter whom was camping in Yosemite at the time. Her phone had no connection and we were panicking (her first trip out of state, as an 18 year old, without us). We got ahold of these wonderful people and they immediately snapped into action: We ordered a pizza and they stepped up to deliver. They were even willing to get a message to our daughter to make sure she was ok. After finding out that she was up in the mountains hiking and no signal during that time, these hero's of faith in humanity even called us (we are in TX) to make sure she was ok. This place was a miss for me. It was my first time eating at Round Table and it will probably be my last. Let me start out by saying that the pizza was not fully cooked. I could taste and feel the raw dough when eating my pizza. I was pretty disappointed because c'mon it's pizza...not that hard to make in my opinion. I also ordered the boneless BBQ wings and it straight up tasted like frozen wings you would buy at a supermarket and microwave them. Pretty gross... Pizza was excellent , way better then the location near our home ( SoCal ). My son " dad , next time we come here we have to eat here !" . Pizza was ready within the quoted time. We went on a Sunday during the lunch buffet. The place was packed with locals and seating was limited. The buffet consisted of 3 different pizzas, garlic twists, cinnamon twists, and a tiny salad bar. The pizza was very picked over from the crowd of ten year olds. When a new pizza finally came out, you practically had to run to the buffet if you wanted any. And then it didn't even taste that good. Not impressed. Don't fall for the 4/5 star reviews. read more

Man I wish the Round Tables in Fresno were as awesome as this place is. It's clean and bright, and even boasts a great view out the back windows. I took my kids up to Bass Lake for the afternoon last Saturday, and on our way up we stopped here for lunch. We walked in right at 11:30 for the lunch buffet - drinks included in the price! - and they immediately started making up a couple pizzas of our choice for the buffet. I started at the salad bar, where the vegetables were fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Over the course of lunch we each had several different varieties from the pizza buffet (of course Round Table makes great pizza) and the staff did a good job keeping the breadsticks - both garlic and cinnamon - coming out hot and fresh on a regular basis. They even announced what pizzas were hitting the buffet area when they brought them out. But the kicker is that the place is as clean as a pizzeria ever was, and that cleanliness makes the whole experience more comfortable. Not only is it easier on the eyes, but it inspires confidence that the kitchen is probably just as clean. I don't know that I can justify coming here from the valley just for lunch, but this Round Table will be at the top of my list whenever I'm hungry in the area. read more

Staff is rude!! Maybe you should consider a re-hire. The times I go there to get a to go, they take our order in a unprofessionally way that makes us want to never come back. While we sit at our table, we waited and waited...... And waited for our pizza and bread sticks to come out, the staff was having a little get together with their boyfriends in front of all the customers I mean???? Wanted to give them another chance as my last pizza was wrong, however they made another one right, we only had to wait another 20min when hungry=not good. Tonight I called it, since i had to work past 8pm & was starving. I read back the toppings chicken & garlic, she repeated, I repeated them back again but when I arrive it's wrong, chicken & garlic AND tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, scallions=( I didn't have time to wait another 25 min to fix it so I paid & ate somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Found a hard piece of meat on pizza so I called about it. Person on phone said oh, sorry we will give you a gift card for your trouble. Talked to manager Michelle, she said I had to bring piece into store. I could have easily broke my tooth on this. We took it in and she said she would send it in. Sooooo glad we found this place out here on our trip to Yosemite. Professional friendly service from cashier and server (Aug 01, 2014 evening). Kid friendly, clean, fresh made food and salad bar. On the main road the only chain restaurant we noticed was Denny's, however after reading the reviews we decided to steer clear and thankfully we saw that there was a Round Table in the area in a shopping center nearby. If you are unsure of where/what to eat in the south side of Yosemite, this is a safe bet! Bonus : there is a small arcade inside for the kiddos. read more

After a long day at Sequoia National Park on our way to stay in a lodge by Yosemite, we were all craving some good pizza. Even though this is a chain, the pizza we got was pretty tasty and the price we pretty good. The salad bar is nice (free roam for the most part). Can be noisy since lots of little kids come in and play games or are with families. The customer service could have been a little better. Would recommend for any Yosemite trip! read more

This place is great!! We came here for the lunch buffet and the staff was very helpful and polite! Michele noticed there was no cheese pizza and had them make some fresh for my boys. When it was ready she brought it straight to the table so my boys could get the first crack at it! How nice!! My wife loved the pasta salad and the pizza was very good. To feed a family of four on vacation for less than 25$ was a real treat!! All in all, I definitely recommend this place to those traveling through town. A complete joy!! read more

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My family has been going to round tables all over the country (were pizza addicts) but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to. This place had maybe 20 people in there and we had to wait AN HOUR for our pizza. It was VERY unorganized. The only girl who I felt even remotely welcomed by was Bre I belive her name was. The manager seemed very scattered and that she couldn't handle her employees.. I've worked at a restaurant before and I get it, it's a Friday night in a small town but I shouldn't wait an hour for a pizza and an hour and a half for our wings and still have my wings be cold when they get to my table. That is absolutely ridiculous. I live in one of the busiest cities in all of America and never have I ever had such poor food service. I've had better service at a Denny's. Stopped by here after a backpacking trip in Yosemite. It was a quiet time of day but the staff was attentive and friendly. I didn't order a pizza but the chicken bacon alfredo pasta was tasty and enough to fill me up. Me and my group sat in the back next to the windows that look out into the foothills. They even had a decent selection of beer with a couple "local" microbrews from the central coast. I would rate it a 5/5 but nothing really stood out as exceptional. All in all it was a good experience and I won't mind coming by here again when i'm in town. read more

Round table is the better chains for pizza. We came here because we stayed the night in oakhurst on our trip to Yosemite. The food was ok, but what we loved about this place was Michelle. She was so nice and helpful and even sparked up a funny conversation with our kid about ranch ( cause he ordered like 6 servings ). Super sweet woman and the food was good too. read more
