After waiting for some time, it became apparent that several items would not be replenished with fresh servings. What was most disappointing was the overall atmosphere. The employees appeared tired and seemed more focused on preparing to close than on welcoming and serving guests who were still arriving for dinner. At 7:00 PM, I would expect the buffet to be fully stocked and the staff to remain attentive and welcoming. The food itself was about what I would expect from a buffet, but the lack of replenishment and service significantly impacted the experience. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as there is an opportunity to improve both the guest experience and the overall presentation of the buffet.

Also, some dimsum like siomai, potsticker dumplings & chicken feet. I would rather go here than Golden Corral for lunch. The one dish that I have not seen in other buffets is their Black Pepper Chicken which was excellent with its crunchiness, sweetness & peppery taste. This dish reminded me of the Panda Beef in the high-end Panda Inn (parent of Panda Express chain). The service was quick & friendly. And for the price of $15.99 per person, it is so much value. But if you are looking for a wider variety of selections & better quality meats, spending an extra $9-$12 at places like Umi Sushi & Shiki might do it for you. You get what you pay for. As for me, I do not wish to pay more and would rather settle for something that gives me value for the money especially if you have someone in your party who does not eat that much to begin with.

The food was fresh and everything looked well maintained. One thing that really stood out to me--and I'm not sure if I was meant to see it--was that when food had been sitting out too long, they actually threw it away and replaced it with fresh food instead of recycling or reusing it. I really appreciated seeing that because it gave me confidence in the freshness and quality of the food. My personal favorite was the salad bar. Everything looked and tasted fresh, with plenty of options to choose from. However, once I asked what time they closed and realized it was very soon, we personally still rushed as we knew the staff had most likely been there all day and wanted to be respectful. All the seating consists of booths which is my favorite. Restaurants with the "modern" layout and incredibly uncomfortable seats to get you in and out the door asap has somehow turned into the norm and I couldn't dislike it more. Booths will always be the way to go for me. In regards to the food, I enjoyed every dish to be honest. Fiancée and I each had the buffet. The pakora with their green chutney is very flavorful and fresh. We also had the Chana Masala, Eggplant, Chicken Tikka Masala, Curry Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Kulcha (essentially everything haha). Fiancée's favorite was the Chana Masala. Mine was the Tandoori Chicken, which they made fresh for us 15min before closing. We didn't ask for this, they just went ahead and did so, along with fresh Kulcha (must try). If you've ever cooked this type of cuisine, these two items take a considerable amount of time and effort to make; for them to do that was a very kind gesture. We will definitely be back, along with friends and family. **By the way, check the profiles of people who leave negative reviews and make an educated decision for yourself whether to believe them or not. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down.
