An unexpected trip to El Granada and a pregnant wife's urgent need to use the restroom landed us in the shopping center of this Round Table Pizza. A 50 mile journey back home and 2 very hungry stomachs got us through the doors and seated in a booth. This restaurant is big and it is clean, down to the toilet! I don't mind starting off with that-it stood out the most of all things here, yes, the restroom is very clean! Dining area is very large although separated into 4-6 sections, I assume that was done with large groups or parties in mind, so if you're looking for a place for a large group, sports team, or (pizza) party, this would be a great place! The staff was smiling and friendly and the food was delivered quickly, hot, and delicious! 2 personal pizzas, 2 drinks and 1 salad bar was $27 -if you know Round Table you know it isn't budget eating. Next time I'm in Half Moon Bay and craving for a sit down pizza, I will definitely consider coming back here! Easily 5 Stars :) read more

Round Table is my favorite pizza and this is my favorite Round Table. The food is always excellent and the people are always friendly.

I grew up eating Round Table pizza, it will always be one of my favs!! This particular RT is great, wish they delivered- but its just that good- we'll go p/u. Love the Veggie Gourmet- it holds its own next to the more upscale kind of pizza found in town. Recently placed a large order for a large party, pizzas were ready on time- order was perfectly correct, read more

My review is based on the overall value of what this place serves. While the pizza itself isn't totally gross it's not really anything to write home about. My real gripe is their outrageous prices. I mean $30 for what they call an "extra large" pie that is about 12inches in diameter is absurd. I got a "medium" that was about the size of a frozen personal pizza. I'm uploading a few pics so you can see what I'm talking about. This thing was nearly $20. Are they kidding. People of hmb ...wake up!! This is a total ripoff. You'd be much better off going to the grocery store and getting a frozen pie. read more

I've updated my review as a very helpful employee offered to make this right, unprompted.

Great pizza joint with a surprising selection of craft beers on tap. Perfect place to watch a game.

Crazy packed make sure you order ahead of time for pick up, the food is bomb! Best pizza in town!

It's a small town so don't expect the typical round table. Like don't expect a drive through Starbucks. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. My pizzas I've order have always been cooked well and tasty. While the prices of the pizzas at times can seem a bit over priced. Again it's a small town. Almost everything in the small town is. I have never eaten inside as I have always ordered to go and picked it up. Inside I think could use a little updating. It's a bit dark and everything is kind of clustered. I really think if they spruced it up a bit that it would look really nice. It's getting 5 stars based on food, friendliness, and the fact the other two pizza places in town have messed up orders of mine several times. Not every round table is the same. I get that having been to several different ones all over Cali. It's a small town. Pizza is over all good. read more

These guys continue to come through for our community! They have donated/discounted pizzas in the past for our team and just the other day...it was my son's birthday and not only did their AWESOME manager discount some pizzas for me BUT; added in garlic bread twists and drinks for all of the boys for free! Totally made made our day and really appreciated the generosity in making his lunch even better! Thank you! read more

This place was okay...a bit outdated. The change machine didn't work and another ball machine was out. Our kids had fun though. The pizza was great. I think the salad bar left a little to be desired as did the restroom. At least there is a changing table in there for toddlers. I admit that we are totally spoiled in SJ with a Round Table with a HUGE play area but this just doesn't measure up. Food is fine and they were friendly but not much is exciting other than that. read more

We have been to round table pizza anywhere and was surprised that this branch doesnt have salad bar and All you can eat Pizza... Geez.. We opted out.. At 12nn the place was open but dark and looked not even prepared for customers. not appealing and salad bar was even empty.. No crowd in other words, it was a dead place.. We left read more

I went in this last Sunday and ordered a pepperoni pizza, the cashier was extremely rude and looked annoyed with her job. I said thank you after I ordered and she didn't even respond. To make matters worse she brought me my pizza and told me it was hot and placed the pizza right in front of my 10 month old son and instantly he put his hands in the pizza and started screaming crying because his hands were burnt. Her manager took over and appologized and gave me a refund but worker who bought the pizza over never even appologized. Worst round table I have ever been too. Horrible customer service read more

Ok if you are hungry and like chain food pizza. Service was nothing to speak of. Man behind the counter that took out order was friendly

Yeah, it's a family zoo, even though there are only 3 takes with customers, but that's cool. What's NOT cool is that, although the place is mostly empty,... 30 minutes after ordering my pizza, I am told it will be another 10 minutes, ... after I asked. It ends up they dropped the pizza on the ground and forgot to make a new one. At least they are having a good time behind the counter, watching the game on company time. read more

Always fresh and incredibly delicious pizza from the awesome team at Round Table in HMB. Thank you guys for always putting out the best!

This is our favorite pizza place in HMB. The pizza and salad bar are always great, the beer selection is awesome and the employees are friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the game room! It's a great place for family. read more

My name is RJ and let me tell you about this Round Table In Particular, from customer service all the way to taste is just honestly amazing. I work with a youth group in Half Moon Bay and I sometimes get a pizza from there and every time I have no problems. There is a gentleman there named Jack and he is always in good spirits, he is extremely helpful and always on time. I travel from San Mateo and so I usually need the pizza ready at a certain time and every time Jack has been the one to take my order and every time I walk in he's just finishing the order. Not to forget to mention he greets you every time with a smile and professionalism out of this world. I love that you can tell there is a standard for professionalism in that restaurant and the warm feeling is contagious even all the customers are joyful, relaxed, warm and welcoming to each other. I highly recommend that if you're ever stuck on getting something to eat and all other pizza places fail choose this one for sure. They have also recently just had their game room redone as well as some other constructional improvements. read more

Great Service! Best Round Table Ive tasted in a long time!! The people there are so nice!

Best Round Table in the bay area .One of the few that still cares .You get what you pay for

We chose this place on our road trip because decent pizza, free wifi and a place to charge devices were what we needed. The wifi password wasn't working (and no one we asked knew how to make it work) but we got our other needs met. Dining in was okay -- food was fast. But the dining room hadn't been bussed in a while and there was trash under lots of tables. If they would clean up and fix the wifi I might have given 2 more stars. read more

Amazing pizza and great place to come to eat with family and friends! The staff is very friendly, competent, fast, polite, and professional. The food is really fresh, consistent, and delicious! The restaurant is clean, well kept, and is a great place for kids as well as adults. We come here often and the experience is always Wonderful! I highly recommend coming here for pizza!! The BEST! read more

One of the older round tables in the bay area. They always seem to over cook my pizzas as well. They also have a small, limited selection salad bar. Customer service lacks as well. HOWEVER, I will most definitely give this place a very fair 3 star rating for having a decent size TV and a reachable remote for me to change the channel to watch my Sharkiez! read more

Every time we go visit Half Moon Bay on the weekends we always pickup pizza here. Very friendly service. Always hooking up extra Ranch or anything else etc..no issues..Pizza is excellent..Highly recommended read more

The food is fine, if you ever get it. I have lived here my whole life and the customer service continues to get worse at this place. Every time I do an online order or call in I show up and it's not ready. And last time they straight up lied and said it will be out in a minute as I watch them make an entire pizza and I waited for 30 more minutes. Total joke. read more

Tried the Chicken Garlic Pizza and have to say it was Delicious! Considering the place is in a small town the pizza is one of the best I have had so far .. Must try. read more

We surprised them with 14 people and they did a great job! Good food and great service and a private room!!! read more

I love this place. I'm local and come in at least once a week. Great pizza, beer and service.

Don't bother with this place. We ordered an Artisan Pizza and they gave us a regular one to carry out. When we returned after discovering the mix up they said we don't serve artisan pizza! They took our order on the phone for one and specifically asked if we wanted artichoke and their web site shows it! I am frustrated and will NEVER return. If you do, good luck. Oh yes, the Last Dishonest Pizza! read more

I can't eat cheese because it makes me sick. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and they served it to me burned. Not a little burned, but burned on the top and the bottom. I'm surprised I didn't chip my teeth eating it. They said that because it had no cheese there was no way they could make the pizza that would not be burned. They refused to try to make another pizza. They didn't even offer to give me back a few bucks. I was hungry (long day at a pumpkin patch with a 3, 6 and 8-year-old), so I had to eat. For eight years I haven't been able to eat cheese and I've been ordering pizza with no cheese. Never have I had another pizza place serve me a burned pizza, even other Round Tables. Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining. Honestly, I wasn't that hungry after all because the 8-year-old puked her milk on herself and the table. I don't think that was the Round Table's fault though. She threw up after I got my food (not on it though, heck might have softened it up if she had), so I don't think they were punishing us for that. We cleaned it up too, no sense in being jerks to the busboys, just because the kitchen staff can't cook. The kids did like the games and the 8-year-old didn't puke on those. read more

Sometimes you just need a good Round Table pizza in your life. The people who work here are always friendly and outgoing, and the service over the phone is great too! Our pizza is always ready within the time they tell us, and if we order it while in store it's made in a timely manner, and even on a Friday or Saturday nights! They've never let us down! read more

I wanna give a shout out to Jack who is working today the customer service was amazing as the pizza always is Thank you for honoring my coupon that had just expired. We need more people like Jack working behind the counter read more

Great pizza, friendly staff, fast service. I had veggie thin crust and all the vegetables were fresh and not over cooked , on tap beer too!

Why the hate? An old school round table that brings back fond memories in Little League. The pizza is always good and consistent. Ive never had a problem here! read more

I love going to this Round Table at lunch time. They have great lunch deals and the lunchtime staff is so friendly. I like to take my kids because the staff is so friendly and helpful. They will even turn the tv to cartoons for the kids. Their pizza is great and always made the way I order, never a mistake. I like that they have a full salad bar as well. I also appreciate that this location participates in 5 star. This way I can earn points with each purchase towards free food. They are currently remodeling and so far it is looking great. Can't wait to see what it will look like when finished. read more

Every time I go to Round Table in Half Moon Bay I have a positive experience! Friendly and helpful staff, good pours on beer and wine and a new salad bar and new soft drink dispenser, not to mention the good pizza. There are plenty of TV's and is a good place to have a family/friends get together. I've held events their in the past and the manager/owner has worked with me to make sure everything runs smoothly. I look forward to my next event and it will be at this restaurant. read more

I ordered a Maui wowie pizza. It was missing some toppings and also sauce????? There was no barbecue sauce at all. It looked like they had tried using sweet and sour sauce, but the thing with that is that sweet and sour sauce doesn't work on pizza. The dough had completely absorbed it and you could only taste it very faintly. It didn't get absorbed as much around the crust area, which is how I was able to tell it was sweet and sour sauce. It tasted so bland I was so disappointed. read more

Forgot why I had not ordered from here for a long time. I attempted to call in for a pizza. The phone was answered with "half moon bay round table can you please hold!" Now that sounds like a question but I assure you it wasn't. Before I could even respond with "sure" I was on hold for over 3 minutes without a response. I hang up and call back met with the same statement, before I could answer "no" I was on hold. Why even ask if you are not going to give the potential customer a chance to respond? It seemed as though the person on the other end of the line was pressing the hold button even before they were finished speaking. At this point the extra wait time and higher price are more than worth it to get a better quality pie from It's Italia. read more

The best Roundtable around. Multiple local beers on tap, plenty of large TVs, funny & courteous staff plus tons of games and space for the littles ones to have a blast. Would consider myself a round table connoisseur I am basing my claim on three factors 1. Pizza- it's perfectly toasty!(not burnt, not under cooked) 2. Sports/TVs-6+Large LCDs 3. Space for the kiddies to play-Arcade games, sprawling dining area and a back area to run around and burn off the caffeine/ sugar rush. read more

The classic Round Table spicy sauce and consistency is what keeps me coming back for more.
