Accurate order ....
Ona R.

I've been coming to this Round Tables on and off for years. In the past it used to be a hit or miss, but I have to say that they've been consistently on point. The customer service whether it's on the phone or in person has been great & staff are always friendly. Even on their busiest times, they try to get everyone served as soon as possible. My pizza is always right as I ordered it and I don't have any complaints. Yes it is a little pricey, but you're getting quality and to me it's worth it! That is why it is a special treat! When you call in to place an order over the phone it gives the option to place online and you get 15% off with a coupon code. I feel like that code works most times and it doesn't work when combine with any of their specials.

Had a re- do at this place for not that great of an experience. The manager V reached out to me, and absolutely out did himself today for our son and family. His gratitude was greatly appreciated . You definitely made our sons 10th birthday one to remember. With making his own pizza, mozzarella sticks, and to top it off another birthday cake. Your amazing and your generosity will go along way especially with our son. You definitely have made some new friends .

The pizza is a bit on the pricey side but its worth it. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was so good! The sauce was yummy, the cheese was also tasteful and the bread was crisp, not all saggy as if it weren't cooked. Small place but good service. I highly recommend if you love pizza (not "pie").

Not bad for lunch special personal 1 topping salad bar drink and Happy Dad

I love the quality of food at this place and the deal they have for lunch it's $13.49 for a Personal pizza with one topping salad bar and self serve soda. But they also carry my favorite Happy Dad seltzer so that's why I stopped in. I didn't see it but asked for it. They have two flavors, grape and fruit punch my favorites. The salad bar is great. It has pepperoni and croutons tomatoes black olives, cheese, raisins, carrots, bacon, bits all the dressings and different pepperchinis and jalapeños and everything so you can get pretty good stuff on the salad bar. The pizza came out pretty quick and cut into 6 slices almost like a thin crust but great has a bit of a kick to it. Really good customer service very friendly, fast and clean place. Highly recommend this establishment! Grabbed the 11:00 am-2:00 pm lunch buffet if you are super hungry and don't want to wait salad bar and pizza already there with a drink $15.99 it's a deal!

Such a fun place! I went for the salad bar mostly, and it was really fresh. The pizzas kept coming out of the oven so the slices are perfect temperature. Also, tons of parking. They lowered their prices which were high after Covid, and that's why we came back. Traditional decor and a fun zone for kids to play arcade stuff.

Disappointed, we love round table and don't get to eat out often so when we do it's a treat. $80 for 2 pizzas and wings with hardly any toppings and burnt wings with hardly any sauce . Do yourself a favor and drive to la mesa if you plan on ordering round table.

Was disappointed in the lack of crab Rangoon (we weren't going today, boys), the flan was disappointing, and the bathroom could use some attention. Does the New Century Buffet deserve 2.9 stars? Right when we walked in, we were greeted by such a happy and friendly host. Honestly, that already surprised me because service at these types of buffets can sometimes be pretty stand-offish. Not here. She even asked if the table she picked was suitable for us before seating us. Our server was SO sweet. She interacted with almost every table in such a friendly way. Usually at a buffet, someone clears your plates and that's about it. She was actually attentive throughout our meal. Our drinks were never empty either. The selection is smaller compared to other buffets I've been to, but they still have all your typical options like wings, orange chicken, chow mein plus plenty of other dishes. There's also a sushi and salad bar. For dessert, they have an ice cream machine with a smaller selection of sweets and fruit. Food wise, the New York steak was a nice surprise. My first portion was medium rare, juicy with a nice flavor. Unfortunately, the pieces continued cooking under the heat lamps. When I went back for more, they were super tough and dry. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious. Pretty standard, but still good. The Beef and Broccoli was easily one of my favorites. It had so much flavor with the garlic really shining through. There were some misses like the short ribs and teriyaki chicken, but that's kind of the fun of a buffet. You try everything then figure out what deserves a second plate. Cleanliness was alright. Our table was a little sticky, so that could've been better. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. The service really made a difference too. I walked in expecting an average Chinese buffet experience and left genuinely happy with my meal.

Surprisingly short wait for a Sunday around lunch time, I thought more people would have been here…read moredining in, but maybe with the start of football season everyone was out and about trying to find the game. There is so much space for seating no matter the party size. We had 5 in our group and more than enough space. Tables were bused regularly nothing sat on the table for too long. The food quality was pretty good considering the volume a buffet cooks in. We didn't have a bad bite anywhere and there were plenty of land, air and sea options for all dietary needs. Price was higher for weekend service but it was worth stopping in after a morning of moving furniture around,

Roast duck was overcooked with a bad acrid smell, and it didn't have that oily crispy layer that you normally would get when it is fresh. All the dim sum looked like it was sitting in the steamers for a while, crab legs were overcooked so it came apart mushy instead of flaky. What happened? I'm guessing that they made all the food early in preparation for opening, but all of food tasted like it sat out for hours. The things that turned out fine, were the oysters, sushi and sashimi, and the prime rib that turned out to be rare.

It has been a few years since I have enjoyedChina Super Buffet. Before it was hot no AC, but food…read morewas good. It has improved quite a bit now that they finally have air conditioning. Before, it could be tough to eat there on a hot day, but the dining experience is much more comfortable now. The selection is pretty good, and the food is a great value for the price point. The sushi is fresh, the made-to-order food is good, and there are enough choices to satisfy most buffet cravings. It is not a high-end seafood buffet--crab legs and a few other seafood favorites would really help elevate it--but for what you pay, it is an excellent deal overall.

Went for dinner around 5pm and it was already fairly busy. I somehow managed to make my way through…read moreabout 3-4 plates (or at least attempted to lol), so I got to try a pretty good variety. I started with the sushi, which honestly isn't bad for a Chinese buffet. Obviously you're not coming here expecting sushi-restaurant quality, but there's a decent selection, it always looks clean and nicely presented, and they have plenty of sauces available--soy sauce, wasabi, spicy mayo, etc. Most of the rolls I tried were decent and it's usually a good way to start. Next I had some egg drop soup with wonton strips. Unfortunately, the soup was pretty bland this time and definitely needed some salt. My next plate was mostly fried items--salt & pepper wings, cream cheese wonton, egg roll, gyoza, fried squid, some battered pork, plus one of the baked green mussels. This was probably the biggest disappointment of the visit because almost everything was barely warm. I was surprised considering it was dinner time, the restaurant was fairly busy, and the trays didn't look empty. The baked green mussels were easily one of the better things I tried, and the fried squid was probably next. Both actually had good flavor. Most of the other fried items were lacking seasonings, and having them barely warm definitely didn't help. I ended up leaving quite a bit of that plate behind. Since that plate was kind of a bust, I went back for some chow mein, broccoli beef and orange chicken, along with more squid and mussels since those had been the winners so far. The broccoli beef was okay. The brown sauce was just missing a little something, but mixed with the chow mein it worked. The orange chicken was another letdown--it was missing that sweet, tangy flavor you normally expect from orange chicken. Service was about what I'd expect from a buffet. They kept an eye on drinks and were generally pretty quick about clearing used plates, which I appreciated. I still haven't tried the Mongolian grill, which might actually be the better way to go here since you pick your ingredients and have everything cooked fresh. If I come back, that's probably what I'll try next. They also have ice cream and your typical Chinese buffet-style desserts. I didn't really get into those this time because, surprisingly, I was DONE by that point. I did notice the ice cream cone area seemed pretty picked over/empty. As far as the restaurant itself, it's nothing fancy and it's been around for quite a while. It was also pretty warm inside during this visit, which definitely isn't ideal when it's already hot outside. I didn't use the restroom, so I can't speak to that. Overall, there were really only a couple of things I found genuinely tasty enough that I'd specifically want again--the baked green mussels and fried squid were the standouts, and the sushi was decent for what it is. Otherwise, too much of what I tried was either lacking in flavor or barely warm, which was disappointing during a busy dinner hour. It's probably somewhere I'd consider again in a pinch, especially on a hot day when nobody wants to cook and you just want a lot of different options without spending a ton. But based on this visit alone, there are other buffets in the surrounding area where I've had better overall quality. I may come back at some point to finally give the Mongolian grill a try, and if the food is fresher/hotter and the experience is better, I'd definitely update my review.
