Honestly, my favorite pizza in the whole world. And the garlic twists are to die for.

So today I brought my family to Round Table and not only is the service here great the food is made fresh, Salad bar had all fresh ingredients very clean area to eat and bring your family too and enjoy the delicious food. Well recommended place to eat and have a good time. I live a good distance from this establishment but i would not mind driving here and eating here. This was our favorite Round table location for about 18 years. It us under ownership since our last visit. While the pizza was the same the customer service was awful. Ordered an all you can salad bar to go with our pizza. When we got to the salad bar there was no lettuce. Asked if they could fill it. Yes, the say. Twenty minutes later no lettuce. Eventually, I just asked them to refund our salad bar charge. Get this, the girl at the register says we are making the lettuce now. Huh? Then I guess the owner yells I am making it from near the pizza ovens. I see him walk over to the salad bar and dump a bag of iceberg lettuce into the bowl. ,This is the 2nd time I have eaten here for lunch in the last two weeks. Just like the first time, excellent service, very clean and the price is extremely reasonable; under $8 bucks got me the unlimited salad bar, pizza and drink. The salad bar is huge, great dressings, real cheese, pepperoni and all the fixins to chose from. Oh and the pizza is freshly made, not greasy and if your in a rush. Just ask any of the persoonal to hook you up with the pizza you like. While I was there, I spoke with the manager V, who I got to say is completely customer service oriented. From what i gathered the place went under major management changes. This place is great for kids, plenty of seating and has ample parking. My husband ordered 65 dollars worth of food here last night for a group of people and all of us have been sick all night and day! I called today asking to speak to a manager and whoever came to the phone was dumb founded and completely unprofessional and didn't know what or how to respond to me. It was a very awkward conversation. He seemed very young and inexperienced. He did not ask for our names, what we ordered, or offer to reimburse us or ANYTHING! He simply did not care. I myself am in the food industry and I could not believe how that was just handled. I will never order from them again. read more

Ordered online pickup time was 6:20, showed up at 6:30 and waited until 7:15 for the pizza. Got very short responses from staff, and when I asked the status of my order at 6:50 they replied they were just starting to cook the order and that they were "busy" with the 10 other people inside the restaurant. Do not order online from this location they will not make your order anywhere even close to the original pickup time. read more

This location sucks, not even 1 start worthy. They were quick to take my order and money but when it came to cooking the pizza it was slow. They told me it would be 20mins to get my 2 pizzas and garlic twist. 45mins later, they gave me a barely warm large king arthur, warm garlic chicken, and hot garlic twist. The pizza did not have taste like anything at all. It taste like overprice lil ceasars $5 pizzas. The only good thing was the garlic twist. I ended up throwing away half the pizza. Nobody wanted a second slice. I'll stick with the Bronx and pappa johns pizzas. read more

I live in Rancho and go to this Round Table about once a month. I always utilize the coupons I get in the mail and I love the fact they allow me to combine them. Very nice staff. The dining room is always clean and the salad bar has been nicely stocked every time I've gone. I will continue to go and hope they keep up their consistency with their food and service. read more

A favorite for our family. Little arcade game room, free board games to play, lots of tv's and friendly staff that will gladly change the channel to whatever game you want to watch. Great party room for big groups and as far as chain pizza places go this is better quality than anyone I've tried. Come for the lunch buffet...well stocked salad bar and pizza ! read more

Stopped in for lunch buffet. Greeted by friendly staff who took my order and asked me if I had a special request for pizza. They made a Supreme just for me and told me when they put it out. I've been to other Round Tables and they never have asked me before. The salad bar was clean and neat and everything looked fresh. When we asked about twists which were advertised in the Buffett, no problem! They made and put them out. Rest of restaurant and bathrooms were clean and looked great. Wanted pizza for lunch and decided to try their buffet. Pizza was fresh and tasted goo and salad was better than expected. The issue I encountered was the lack of available pizza. I had to wait close to 30 minutes to get a second slice. If it was not for their bad time management skills, I would have given them 4 stars. read more

Great family place. They have a pretty good salad bar and their pizza is our family favorite. We get our boys a pepperoni and my husband and I order their bbq chicken (it's awesome). Horrible. Our order took one hour to be delivered when it was supposed to be 35-40 min. And when we received our order we it was missing the green onions and the BBQ sauce. It was the BBQ chicken pizza. We called to talk to the manager and she offered to replace it or get us a coupon for a free pizza. It's ridiculous they never deliver on time. And the manger also told us that that's how the BBQ chicken pizza is made now. No sauce and no onions.( Online it includes green onions and bbq sauce on the pizza)And she argued she was sure there was BBQ sauce on it. I have picture that I took. No BBQ and no green onions. Rude and poor service. Never ordering from here again. I give it no stars. read more

This place is under new ownership as of 2016. The food's ingredients are no longer all natural, and they've fired the original staff. Prices have been marked up, and the managers don't have any power over the store: they are regular pizza-cooking cash-register-pushing employees. The actual owner is the one who makes decisions, and he does not honor corporate deals or coupons. Avoid at all costs. read more

It's now official: this Round Table is as bad as the rest. The new crew here are not happy campers and it shows. No smiles, no banter, just zombie like motions and what communication I could observe was mean spirited and ineffective. The employees walked around with plates of food and pizzas asking the customers if this is their order. Then when they can't find anyone who ordered the food, they put it on a shelf uncovered. After the food has cooled, someone goes over and turns on the heat lamps, only for someone else to go over and turn them off. They might as well serve the food in a Petri dish. But the loss of a star was for the food preparation. The crust was woefully under-cooked. It was like a soggy pancake and could not support the toppings. When you tried to pick up a piece, it lost its structure and looked like it melted. All was not lost though, I took the pizza home, scrapped off the remaining toppings, put them in a tortilla and it was good! For those of you who wonder why I didn't show the manager, I never return food or complain in a restaurant because I used to work in the industry. When you send something back to the kitchen, you are a fool to eat what comes out next. I will be back in a couple of weeks only to see if there is an under new management sign out front. read more

Super disappointed in my Round Table in RSD. I've always loved it because of the fresh ingredients but the last three deliveries have been 1. Late and soggy 2. Cold and soggy and 3. Wrong order for a party. The reason it gets two stars is because it used to be great and I think it's the store not the pizza. read more

Ok I love the pizza here, it always hits the spot. Thin crust and you have topping all the way back and an awesome sauce. We went in last night, ordered a medium pie, those garlic twist and a large salad. The pizza here was awesome, the twist were ok, seemed like they were sitting around for a while before they gave em to us. The salad was real cool, they give u a big container and you get to make your own at the salad bar. They had a iceberg romaine mix and also fresh spinach, onions, eggs sliced in half, olives, pepperchinis, pepperoni, yellow cheese, parm cheese, corn, brocolli, tomatos, bell peppers, mushrooms, potato salad, pasta salad, bacon bits, sprouts and a mixture of good dressings. The only negative about the salad bar was since we went at like 7 some of the lettece was a lil brown so I had to pick thru it to get some bomb pieces. 27.00 for a good amount of yummy food. Ill be back fasho. Way better then da boyz but not as good as filippis. They also have a nice beer selection. read more

Terrible customer service!!! Ordered a pizza online and was a promised a fulfillment time. When we arrived the pizza was not ready and had to wait over 25 minutes. When confronting the manager about the delay in our order, he was extremely rude and said it wasn't his fault that our 2 pizzas weren't ready in time. So sorry, I would have liked to give them more stars but this is my second time here that customer service has been poor. This time I actually looked up their specials before I came in and I knew there was a free 2 liter soda with the order of any large specialty pizza. The young lady ringing my order made no mention of the free soda when I made the order, then when I mentioned the soda comes with the order and pointed it out to her on their website she tells me I needed to show her that prior to my order. Why would I need to show you a special from your own website, really Sweetie, cmon. Thankfully another employee stepped in and told her to give me the soda. Good pizza but you suck when you have poor Customer Service. Then while I sat there and waited for my pizza I heard another cashier tell a patron about the special, wow really. Also we waited a while for our pizza and when we got it, it was lukewarm, so I guess that was my punishment for calling her out, haha the jokes on you Sweetie, I prefer cold pizza. This is the second consecutive time my order has taken over an hour and a half to get to my door. When I called and asked why it has taken so long, Jessica, the manager told me that it had been delivered. Which was a complete lie. I had a great time with 2 students today. These 2 students won a movie date and pizza with me. I walked into Round Table by chance and met the manger last week. He wanted to help me with my budget and also the community. These 2 students were able to make their own personal pizzas and have a great tour of the restaurant. One of them accidentally dropped her pizza after making it. Right away the manger cheered her up and made another one so quickly. The service was fantastic and everyone was more than accommodating. Was craving a round table pizza n decided to order online. 45 mins was acceptable but 20 mins late is not. I called n was told no order was received. After a few minutes discussing the order they figured it was "on its way". Got here not even warm. Driver was the manager n couldn't do anything except offer another pizza in 25 mins. Called n spoke to the day manager and got nowhere fast. I was told the owner will handle it. Just want to make sure I get my refund for a pizza I prepaid for and sent back. Round table could've saved a customer if handled differently. read more

Well, where do I start? 5 or 6 people helped us. All not having a clue it seemed. Out of beer, don't know how to refund, and guy can't get order right. Years ago the place was great but now it seems dead always and going down hill ant not for the better. Read it has new ownership and that may be the problem. Pizza was ok but not great as well. We really wanted a beer that night too. We will grab a Digiorno next time and some beer at Ralph's next door for a lot less and they have beer. read more

Very disappointing! Over priced pizza, salad, and beer(warm). Over $30 for a small 6 slice, one salad, and two beers(a bud light and a sculpin but there was an issue with the sculpin keg so they brought me a bud light and said they would bring my sculpin when they figured out the problem. My husband went thru salad bar and came back with a sorry group of veggies. Everything was mushy and he couldn't eat it. Our pizza finally came and it looked nothing like any thin crust I've had at other Round Tables. The sauce tasted like canned tomato paste. We picked at the pizza while waiting for my beer...it never came. As we were leaving my husband asked the guy if there was still a problem with the Sculpin. He replied that it was fine and asked if we wanted one. This was the same guy that brought me the bud and said he'd be back with the correct beer, now looking like he'd never seen us before! Shame on you, Round Table! My children earned "free" personal pizzas through the summer reading program, reading for ten hours or ten books apiece, only to find when we arrived at the restaurant that they could not get their free pizzas unless their dad and I spent something like two hundred dollars! Sure, the certificates mentioned that we'd need to make a pizza purchase in order to redeem them: we'd come prepared to spend some money. I wanted to please my kids, who after all had worked hard and had been begging me for weeks to take them in for their pizzas. But I didn't realize I'd have to make a purchase for *each* free personal pizza! Yes, I realize that not everyone has eight children. But something rubs me the wrong way about giving away certificates as "rewards" when they are little more than a ploy to get parents in to spend big bucks. It's the children that are hurt when their parents simply can't afford it. Since we couldn't in fairness redeem just one or two of our children's certificates, we chose to leave without eating and enjoyed a nice Little Caesar's feast instead. Your loss. My husband does like for us to come to Round table sometimes as a family, but this experience has really soured that idea for me. read more

We have been ordering from this Round Table for many years. Have always enjoyed the pizza and they were delivered within the projected time frame. As a pizza loving family, we understand that some nights can be busier than others, with longer waits for delivery. The past couple of times, the delivery has been a little delayed. However the last time we ordered, our pizzas were delivered almost 45 minutes past the time quoted. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a VIP Pass good for one free pizza of our choice. When I tried to use the free pizza pass tonight, they would not accept it. They also questioned where I got this pass and inferred that I was lying about it, at first. After being passed on to the manager, he stated stated that they were under new ownership and they only accepted these particular passes for 60 days since new ownership took over. No where are on the pass is there an expiration date or time limit. Unfortunately, we have decided to give this location the three strikes and you are out policy for late deliveries and bad customer service. I would rather give my business to local pizza establishments than this particular Round Table. read more
