HOT MESS! It's a gamble at this spot. They have so many employees working, and still, a line full of people who either don't get their order at all or just get a random order that wasn't what they asked for! I enjoy the pizza, but, for the price, I should be able to expect that what I get is 1) what I asked for 2) cooked properly (not undercooked or burnt) 3) ready when I am told it will be, 4) delivered to me without attitude and 5) given to me the SAME DAY that I walk in and order the damn pie! I almost feel bad for the manager, but, this team clearly needs a stronger leader to give them some direction and whip them into shape. Everyone looks so lost here, most of all, the employees. I have been waiting over 30 mins for 1 pizza. And, in this time, 2 different employees have come to my table, trying to give me someone else's order- someone who has been waiting longer than I have. Get it together RT! Pull yo'self together people! There are HANGRY people who have worked hard all week and just want an honest pie sometime TODAY (now tonight)!!! Arrrgh! I really like round table pizza. I worked there for years. But this particular one just can't get it right. They get my pizza wrong every time. They got the remake wrong. Like I said, I worked at round table for years so I know how to order it the way I'd like it, and I even make sure to specify when I want something out of the norm. But they can't get it. I don't even order during busy times. And the other RTP closed in town so it's kind of a bummer. That's okay though cuz pizza is bad for us! Even though so good... when made right and cooked. This location was so filthy we had a hard time eating our pizza. Restrooms were worse than a gas station, carpets were stained and had food and paper on them, salad bar lettuce had brown edges. The staff was very friendly (which is the only reason I gave it more than one star). However, the staff was laying down on phones when not helping customers instead of CLEANING. Shame on the management for not properly training their staff and letting a well known chain become such a dump! read more

Let's start off with, I love round table. I use to live in Woodland where I use to order medium mini pepperoni pizza w/ extra ranch and since moving here I placed the same order as I have been getting for years. I have no idea what is wrong with this location. I have ordered on four separate occasions (hoping the time before was just a off day) and they forget my ranch 2 out of the 4 times, my pizza was lukewarm (if even that), and my pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The delivery time took over a hour and half even though I live 8 minutes away from there! I got extremely sick the last time I ate from there and haven't gone back since. It is just this location!!! Round Table has the best pizza anywhere, hands down! The reason for the three stars is, unfortunately I cannot dine in anymore since they no longer serve Pepsi products. I thought franchisees were required to carry the same menu items for consistency but I guess this franchise owner believes he will gain more customers to make up for the lost ones. The Customer Service is Great! Always Asked How Can I Help You! The food is good & Hot

First off let me start by saying that I come here a lot. I have never been more disappointed in the customer service. My family ordered delivery of personal pizzas. We proceeded to take the dogs for a walk and an hour and a half later still no delivery. We checked the phone and no call came from round table. WE had to call THEM to inquire about our order. We were told that we could pick it up but delivery would be an extra charge. EXTRA?!!! We already wanted it delivered! We opted to pick it up and upon entrance talked to the manager Brian. He laughed like it was no big deal and when I said why did no one call shrugged and said he was unaware. But you're the manager right? You don't see the pizzas that have been sitting for OVER AN HOUR??? The customer service was terrible and to top it off he wasn't accommodating and he didn't give us our salad. My family and I love this restaurant! We don't live in Dixon, but it's worth the drive to visit for the lunch buffet. They are the only Round Table around that has the buffet on the weekends. The adult buffet is $7.99 for all-you-can-eat pizza, salad, and twists. We love their garlic parmesan twists and the cinnamon twists. The pizza bar and salad bar are always well-stocked. I don't know what the kid's price is, but our 2-year-old is always free. It's a great place to fill up a family inexpensively, and I really like that it offers both fun foods (like pizza) and healthy choices (at the salad bar). We have always had excellent customer service. We visit as often as we can! read more

This round table is going down hill. I always like coming here since way back when. The workers are always bitching about something and the managers don't look happy or meets the customers needs, and the place is filthy with roaches. Absolutely lazy environment! Salad bar is always messy there is no excuse for this in the small town of Dixon. Will be contacting the head management that's for sure. read more
