Do not support this location -- unacceptable behavior from store manager…read more I have been a loyal customer of Cenarios Pizza in Dixon for years, back to when I lived in town, Even after moving 45 minutes away, my family still made the drive to support them. Tonight was our last time. Save your money and take your family elsewhere. I called 30 minutes ahead for a dine-in order so my husband and three young kids wouldn't have to wait. When I went to pay at the counter, the store manager--a bald man wearing no name tag--publicly yelled at, berated, and scolded me in front of my children and the entire dining room. He aggressively demanded a tip, shouting that two girls had quit on him because customers don't tip, and said this was "the last time" he'd allow us to eat there. If his staff is quitting, that is entirely on him as a manager--he needs to pay his team a fair wage instead of publicly harassing and taking his frustration out on paying customers. He made these aggressive demands before I even had a chance to pay, on a card reader system that doesn't even have a tip prompt. His shouting was so loud that other families in the dining room overheard and spoke to me afterward about how completely out of line he was, and my 8-year-old son was left asking why a grown man was yelling at his mom. Being degraded and humiliated during a rare family dinner out is completely unacceptable. Do not support a business that allows its management to treat loyal customers and mothers like this. I'll never return here.

The muncheez appetizer has diced jalapeño, cheese and potato mushed together and fried with a side of ranch. They're like a fancy jalapeño popper. It's heart clogging goodness and I regret nothing. Their pizza was surprisingly good. I'm not sure if it was their pepperoni or their sauce but it had a slight zest to it. The interior is clean and spacious. Customer service is quick and courteous. Pricing with online coupons is reasonable. Being a round table fan I'm sad to say that pizza guys has them beat in Dixon. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

Damn it was delicious! We got all four pizzas they were offering - pepperoni, 4 cheese balsamic, orchard harvest, and a pesto one. All of the pizzas were good, but the 4 cheese balsamic and harvest orchard were crazy good. I especially love that the crust was crispy, but not at all burnt - a problem I often see with pizza trucks/carts. Service was also great. They accidentally gave us a wrong pizza, and told us to keep it while they made us the correct one for free. 4 people, and we ate all 5 pies without a problem. I only wish they had a regular storefront so I could know how to get my fix whenever I'm in the area.

We were given menus and got a beer card for the "Wall of beer". You put your glass under the beer you want and it charges by the oz. The selection of beers seemed limited and many were out of beer. We ordered a Patty melt with fries to split. They gave us a second plate to use which was appreciated. We took our food outside down to the park. The one issue is the steps are very steep so you may need two trips to bring your stuff down. There is a large bar area for large gatherings which is nice. There are also restrooms there so you don't have to go all the way back upstairs.

How do you start off with a restaurant that provides you with great Service, Great Food and Great…read moreatmosphere? To be transparently honest I 100% dont know what to say. I will say this though, when my wife and I walked into this restaurant we already had the expectations that the food was going to be good. I said to my wife "With a last name like Napoli, how can you go wrong?" See this History is that I'm half Italian and that my Grandparents also had the last name of Napoli and so I knew this place was going to be great. So as we entered we were told to sit anywhere we like. After sitting down the waitress came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We both told her that while we will put in our orders for the drinks, we also would like some Garlic Cheese Bread to eat as an appetizer until we decide to order our entrees. After a few minutes the best bread and marinara sauce came to our table and let me tell you that the bite wasn't just delicious it became a memory taking me back to the times when I used to eat this type of delicious food at my Grandparents' house. I knew right then this was going to be the Italian place that we would continue to visit every time we came to Vacaville. We both ordered the Raviolis and while we ate our bread and the marinara sauce, another order of bread came out but this time it was with our entrees. As we continue to enjoy the food, a few minutes later the waitress came with our entrees. Let me tell you, the only thing that lacked on this entree was more Marinara sauce but from the bite of the garlic cheese bread, to a bite of the raviolis everything was delicious. So grateful that we found an opportunity to find an authentic Italian restaurant. Can't wait to return and have the regular Spaghetti noodles or the Penne. Thanks Napoli Pizzeria for making this guys experience not only great but you helped bring back beautiful memories as I enjoyed the food that I grew up with.
