From the very first phone call, the person we spoke with in management was incredibly patient, compassionate, and helpful. They took the time to answer every question we had, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us through a difficult situation instead of just treating us like another customer. When it came time to recover the vehicle, Kyle was just as outstanding in person. He was professional, kind, and went out of his way to make a stressful experience a little easier. It's obvious he cares about the people he helps, and that level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. The entire team treated us with empathy, professionalism, and respect from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Commercial Towing--especially Kyle and the management team--for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family and would recommend your company without hesitation. Would give them a 10 star rating if possible.
