(lol) Although the initial price for the intake appointment is a little higher than at other offices, Dr. Gan was very thorough in explaining the type of care I could expect. Despite also working in the medical field, I still get a case of white-coat nerves around new doctors. Dr. Gan--and most importantly, Ruby (the office mascot )--were great at easing and calming those nerves. My body has been through a lot over the years, and I have to say that the few appointments I've had have done wonders for my daily aches and pains. Here, you can tell they don't provide subpar treatment just to ensure repeat visits; they genuinely want their patients to get better and return to full capacity. Dr. Gan even provided me with exercises to help address potential problem areas in the future. He takes time to analyze your movement patterns, identify the true root cause of your issue, ART, massage gun therapy, and multiple adjustments. About 15 years ago, I used to go to a chiropractor to get adjusted. For some reason I stopped going, and fast forward to 2020, and I hit 50 year old. I felt like I am falling apart and start getting lower back pain, and bones that used to not crick are now cricking and cracking. My insurance changed (for the better!) and offered chiropractic benefits in their new alternative medicine package. Dr. Miller was on the list, so I called and got an appointment for a Thursday afternoon. During the Covid19 time, appointments are required, as well as masks. The staff sanitizes the pen you use to sign in, and limits the number of people in the office. After filling out my paperwork, and signing my life away I met with Dr. Miller who had me do some tests, from a posture test, a stretching test, etc to see my mobility and capability of my body. After accessing my range of motion, she asked for my permission to do a few adjustments. It was just like I remembered... as soon as she gave me a few clicks, I felt relief. Fact is: my body needed to get realigned... like a car. I have poor posture (my fault for being a slouch) so over the years my body adapted to my laziness. She told me what I should expect 24-48 hours after the appointment (ie: soreness, etc.) and what to do. Before the appointment I had issues going to bed. Even after 1 appointment, I felt much better as I retired for the night. I'm very pleased with my initial appointment, and look forward in my next one coming up in a week as she slowly tweeks me back to getting realigned.

Upon arriving, the front desk informed me that Dr. Haskin had canceled my appointment and would no longer be seeing me as a patient due to the review I left. My review was simply based on the treatment I experienced from the front desk staff, and I do not understand how providing honest feedback about that interaction resulted in me being dismissed as a patient. It is unfortunate to see a business respond this way rather than addressing the concerns being raised. I believe feedback is an opportunity for improvement, and it is disappointing that my experience was handled in this manner.

I have been diagnosed with metatarsalgia - a painful foot condition, I always feel like I am stepping on something- it's terrible. The podiatrist I consulted suggested surgery, not what I want. My acupuncturist swears he can fix it, but I would have to stay off the foot for a while, harder than you might think. I figured a chiropractor would be my last resort while I was in town. I was able to get an appointment and explained the situation to Dr. Song. He attached me to some machines, manipulated my foot, and rubbed some oil on it. He also took time to instruct me on a couple of stretches I could do to keep it feeling better. I walked out of the first visit feeling better than I had since I injured my foot. I came back a couple of days later for the same thing and here I am a week later on the other side of the world feeling better. I know some people doubt chiropractors, some doubt acupuncture, some doubt vaccines--give it a try. The work I saw being done was top notch and not expensive.
