Lastly, reaching out to Fatima and Nicole for questions and follows up are always met with courtesy and promptness. Thank you Shadi for a great team and for the wonderful service.

But they took the time to really talk to me. Through that convo we diagnosed the issue! It turned out my roofers didn't set the new attic fan to the right setting. Rich fixed that and also explained how to troubleshoot issues for future repairs. He told me what can be fixed and what can't. Super honest guy. I just found out a corporation bought the company. At the same time, I asked for an HVAC service guy to come out to get an estimate on central AC. They were supposed to send 2 groups of people together between 8 and 12 in the morning. They called in the morning to say it would be in the afternoon instead. The garbage disposal was repaired because a plumber came. And the consultant for central AC never came, and there was no notification. So I called and canceled the AC install consultant. Then the guy came late at night; I told him I'd called to cancel, and he immediately gave me attitude. I will never bother with this company again. The consultant was not professional and gave me a major attitude. Disappointed that the company changed. Now I am going to look for a local shop instead of this corporate company. Also, the price list seems to be very high. While I was talking to the plumber, I realized that this was now a corporate-greed company.

Later, while continuing the discussion with Mike, we were able to diagnose the problem and realized we could fix it using parts from a spare Suburban PTAC unit that we had in storage. Indeed, it was a quick 10 minute repair that I was able to do myself while at home, and now our heat works again!
