Last week, a workman from the company entered my elderly mother's house uninvited (without a mask) and proceeded to service her heater that does not require a start-up. After a half hour he finally realized he was in the wrong house, but it took my calling home and threatening to call the police before he vacated the premises. I left two messages for the owner as I felt I was owed an explanation and an apology for causing me and my mom undue stress. Whether they provide good service (which I highly doubt) or not, I would never hire people who are so very unprofessional.

They didn't have to do this; once they determined (and demonstrated) that the problem was not caused by our drain system, they had the right to leave. But, they stuck with it until the problem was solved. For this sort of problem, we will not use anyone else.
