We hired Clean Works for maintenance on our septic system - we're sure glad we did. They discovered…read morea few issues that could have eventually resulted in major problems. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave us a quote, and got right to work. Due to the location of the pipes and tank, the job required quite a bit of sawing and digging - work that I suspect not every septic service would do. Bobby and Triston worked hard all day. They were friendly and considerate of our property. They worked for two full days Recommendation was to replace the main water out flow pipe from the house to the septic tank. They stated the water flow was abnormally slow and eventually sewage/water would back up into our basement. To replace the main pipe they had to saw thru 5 t0 7" of patio concrete to access the pipe for replacement. They were 100% correct the pipe from the house and under the concrete slab was originally installed incorrectly and was a major issue. Billy and Tristin was totally considerate, polite and professional. Their quote for this complicated job was extremely fair. I 100% recommend them to resolve all septic or plumbing issues.

I didn't understand the structure of my system (next to a river) that required additional tanks. The techs (Bobby and Kristen) walked me through the process and suggested adding "risers" to the system to make future maintenance easier. This required digging with shovels due to the tank's placement. They found both caps quickly, performed the inspection, added the "risers ", replaced the removed dirt All as planned and on time.

This business is…read morefamily owned and operated, refreshingly transparent with pricing, super thorough and amazing with customer service! I called a total of 15 septic service companies and I will tell you I wouldn't hire ANY of them except Sander's Septic! They were timely, they went over and above to work in the inclement conditions for a simple pump and then they added a filter cover and pump cover that we requested. Shaina, the all-around, amazing person/receptionist/office manager/scheduler you get when you call them (Also the wife of the owner I think). Super awesome, even left the pricing phone call with giving me advice on what to look out for when contacting other companies. They were helpful and customer service driven, they are accommodating to whatever you are asking for (even if it's not in their timelines or abilities), they will tell you if you should or shouldn't do whatever you are asking about and then give you pricing up front (flat rates), then knock out whatever work you give them. AMAZING PEOPLE, OUTSTANDING BUSINESS, We will not be going with anyone else and neither should you!! Call them for emergencies or the routine pumps and inspections.... You cannot go wrong with these folks for your septic tank needs!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - I wish I would have read the other reviews before I gave any money to this business,…read morebecause the same thing that others have written about happened to me unfortunately. This has been a very frustrating process, and I hope to save others reading this from having to go through this. Robert Huffman (owner of the company) is not reliable - do not trust this business to complete the work and look elsewhere immediately. Robert came out to my house and seemed friendly and determined to assist with drainage and tree work to assist with our lawn. I communicated my timeline with Robert up front and he agreed to come out to complete the work the next week. He sent an estimate, requiring a 50% deposit before the work started, which I promptly paid. Robert has now cancelled and "re-scheduled" me three times, each time with a different excuse, and has not started the work. I typically have to reach out multiple times before he even responds. I have requested my deposit back, but he refuses to pay and repeatedly says I am scheduled for the next week. I have submitted a claim with the Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to recoup my deposit as well as a formal compliant with the Better Business Bureau. Will keep everyone posted as this progresses. The only way I would consider removing this review is if he immediately refunds my deposit.

In August 2024, I hired him to address a sinkhole on my property and complete some crawlspace plumbing work. I paid a 50% deposit of nearly $4,000 upfront. Despite 2 months of delays, false assurances, and lack of communication, the work NEVER began. After repeated requests for a refund via email, text, and postal mail, Robert only returned $1,000, leaving my wife and I with nearly $3,000 unpaid. I have been forced to take legal action in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to recover the remaining balance. I would STRONGLY advise anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with Robert and his company. It is my opinion, through personal experience, that Robert has profound issues with reliability, professionalism, accountability, and respect. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!
