Unbelievable is a wonderful name for this business! The…read moreservice, professionalism, and price was all unbelievably wonderful. Let me start by saying I called several electricians before finding them on Yelp, and I was not pleased with the others, but I digress this isn't about the others! From the very start I called at about 8pm on a Tuesday my phone call was answered right away. I was greeted with a pleasant voice and she was eager to help and hear what my concerns were. So I'm not an electrician so I explained the best way I could... lol probably wasn't the best but she got my point. She explained that they were already booked for the next day but asked if she could schedule me for Thursday. Of course I said yes! Now here is where they won me over. She explained that she had already left the office for the night but said if I would text her the info she would contact me when she got back in the next morning. Ok fair enough. Well the next day not only was I contacted to confirm the Thursday appointment, I was given a time window of arrival, sent a confirmation, and told the tech would call me about 30 mins before arrival. I confirmed our time frame and waited for our appointment the next day. So today, Thursday (our appointment day), I had to go to work and was disconnected in meetings. When the tech was on the way he tried to call. Well guess what? I didn't answer the phone ( several phone calls might I add) and I just knew they had cancelled my appointment! But NOPE! They texted me and asked if we were still on! I snuck and texted in the meeting and confirmed that someone was home and they could proceed with the appointment. The technician arrived and did some troubleshooting, gave my husband some scenarios of what he thought the problem was and what the fix would be! But wait! All of this cost ZERO DOLLARS!!! He then gave my husband the price (a very reasonable price) of the repairs, my husband texted me and we agreed on the repairs! He completed the repairs and tested everything worked properly before leaving! Literally the most stress free and pleasant experience with a home repair!!! Book them you won't be disappointed!

He was great in listening to our concern and said he'll come over on the same day despite it being a weekend (Saturday). The whole process was very professional and pleasant. We got a sms that notifies us that he's coming over along with his picture so we could identify him! He wore a mask and very courteous. Able to pinpoint the issue very quickly. He helped us call the Georgia Power company as well to report the issue with the power voltage fluctuations. Overall, everything was handled very quickly and he gave us some advice on handling the electrical appliances while we wait for Georgia Power Company to come over and fix the issue for us. We definitely recommend The A-Team for everyone! And we'll be a repeat customer in the future as well if we have issues. Great, prompt and very professional service all around!! Definitely A-Team! Thanks again Matt for all the help!

My floors look amazing and they also helped me paint my walls and do some other things. Definitely a gem.

Don't hire them. This has been easily the worst experience I've had hiring a handyman service. I…read morehired them to install shelves, fix the frame of my front door, and replace a sliding pocket door. I was quoted about $200 less than other services, so I figured I was getting a great deal. The person they sent out stayed over 12 hours when I was told the work would take 3-4- the majority of which he struggled with the pocket door. The shelves and front door frame are perfect but the pocket door literally fell off the top hinges and scraped the inside of the door compartment anytime it was used. When I contacted the manager of this company, he apologized and agreed to send somebody out to fix the door. Well, he sent somebody but didn't notify me that he was so I wasn't home when the handyman arrived. Despite repeated attempts to reach them and set up another time for them to come out and fix what should've been fixed the first time, I have gotten no reply for weeks. I wish I'd spent the extra $200 to hire somebody else originally. Sometimes you get what you pay for, so if you're looking for half-assed work and shitty communication these are the people for you. In response to the owner: your company had so many opportunities to do the right thing. It shouldn't take me seeking out a new method of communicating with you to get the work done. I didn't want a refund- what I wanted was for it to be fixed. The dishonesty and gaslighting is obscene
