I was originally contacted within 24 hours for a free estimate after making contact. I received the estimate in 24 hours. I did estimates with 3 other competitors. I decided to go with Flowmasters as they were the most detailed in the estimate process, did not try to upsell me, honored my opinion as to location, and was what I considered to be fairly priced (and the cheapest of the 3 other "franchise companies". After I accepted the quote - was contacted almost immediately for scheduling. Job took the amount of time stated. The pipes are either aesthetically pleasing or hidden. Highly recommend Flowmasters. Also local business so 6 out of 5 stars.

Terrible customer service from their front desk person all the way to the owner of the business…read more Our new water heater failed and started leaking. The water heater was under warranty was the good news, however the labor to reinstall the new water heater isn't covered. The front desk person told me that they (Enterprise) have nothing to do concerning the warranty of the water heater, that comes from the manufacturer. So how could we (Enterprise) expect the labor to be covered as well. Hmm, if your product fails that you sell, why would the customer be expected to pay for the installation again....? On top of all of that, the invoice that was emailed to me stated it took 3 hours to install, the installer was at my house for a little over an hour. So either the installer lied about his time or the owner is knowingly padding his invoices. Either way, the owner told us to take our business elsewhere.

Had a plumber out from this company two weeks ago for a plugged toilet that hasn't been flushing…read morewell. He said he "fixed" it by snaking the toilet. Yesterday, the carpet was soaked. The walls are wet. The toilet overflowed. We now have to replace the flooring and walls on one side of the house. It's level 2 or 3 contamination. I called for emergency service, and the phone person was rude and gave no date or time. Let's just say we went with a different company for the cleanup and repairs. Within minutes of the new plumber from a different company looking at the toilet, he said we should have replaced the toilet due to calcium buildup, age, etc.

The plumber that was supervising the job told them in writing that I needed a new pump, they denied it he had to come back repeatedly to make a minor adjustment on the pump he showed me the adjustment barely a quarter turn of a screwdriver so over the weekend it did it again I did what he said adjusted it barely a quarter turn and because of that they canceled my warranty and now they refuse to service me. I don't know the time patience or money to sue them, but I would suggest you go to a different plumber. Oh and by the way they said I needed a new well dug and that was the reason the pump wasn't working. Guess what I got another plumber he put a new pump in I have not had a problem with it since.

I was told Benjamin Franklin doesn't do that; they charge a flat rate for the service. The disposal they installed has a list price of $139.00. That means I was charged $330 for an hour or two of labor. Don't use Benjamin Franklin or Tomlinson Plumbing without first getting a quote.

Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.
